used an angle's list deal for cleaning as we had just moved into the house. the inspector prior to the purchase of the home found that the blower equipment had not been hooked up nor had the fireplace been serviced or cleaned. gas pro office staff was very professional in scheduling our service call. a phone call days prior to the service call with approximate arrival time certainly is appreciated the technician was very conscientious. i always appreciate it when service technicians remove their shoes upon entering a residence. drop clothes were used and vacuumed any particles that accumulated

I had a good experience with Gaspro. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They addressed all my concerns, and performed a difficult install of a large gas insert into a small firebox without complaint. They were proactive and responsive in all their communications, from first contact through the completion of the job.

We just moved into a new (to us!) home. I called Gaspro to get an estimate. The receptionist was able to give us a rough quote, quoting the worst case scenario (which I appreciate), then scheduled us right away. He came by on time. He was able to safely and efficiently install our new gas line. He even took the time to ask if there were any other gas appliances we will add in the future. Because we were thinking of putting in a gas dryer, he added in a "T" to make it easier for when that happens. He was packing up to leave when the appliance company delivered the oven. He came back into the home, hooked the oven up to the line and professionally leveled it. My husband works in a field where last minute courtesies like that go a long way, so we really appreciated it. He was friendly and bent over backwards for us. We loved him!

The service went very well. We were very happy with the service they provided. They did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out but I was not home while the service was done. My wife primarily dealt with the technician. She thought they were courteous and efficient. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they showed up on time.

The service was perfect! Ron was happy to explain how the fireplace worked which was very interesting. He cleaned it, left everything spotless, and gave us peace of mind about using it.

I recently purchased a home with a gas fireplace. I've never had one before and had no idea when this one had been last serviced, so I was looking for both service on the unit and some information and orientation to how the fireplace operates. The woman who set the appointment by phone was very helpful and let me know what I could expect from the appointment. John from Gaspro was great. Very thorough, he cleaned and inspected the fireplace, explained how it works, how to light the pilot, etc. He discovered a minor gas leak that was easily remedied in the process as well. Overall it was a very good experience and I will call Gaspro for my next tune up for sure.

The technician arrived on time, placed protective coverings in front of the fireplace, removed all the 'logs', cleaned the entire interior of the unit, and explained the functioning of the fireplace. Since we had no prior knowledge of how gas fireplaces work, the technician was thorough in his explanation of the care and use of the unit. He explained that installing a blower would increase the efficiency of the heating, but did not pressure us to purchase the product/installation from his firm. Would use Gaspro again, and would recommend them to others.

Ron was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure to lay down a sheet around the fireplace and cleaned up afterwards. One comment that I hope he'll find helpful is to explain what the problem is.

We received a call that he was on his way. He arrived promptly and performed the work expeditiously. He was careful to protect the hardwood floors in front of each fireplace, thoroughly vacuumed each firebox and surrounding area, polished the glass surfaces of the screens, and removed and replaced the synthetic embers.

I made the appoinment over the phone with Gayle and she called me the day ahead to confirm the appointment as promised. Ron Phillips called us when he was enroute to our house and arrived promptly. Ron went to work immediately to include inspection, cleaning of all major parts (burner system, fire box, gas logs, pilot assembly, thermocouples, etc.). He laid down a large blanket to put the piece parts on so that our carpet would not be soiled. He also cleaned the glass work on the front panel. Ron made recommendations for one or two items that should be replaced eventually, but said he felt they would hold up until next year's inspection/tune-up and made a note to have those parts available when he returns in a year. We had a few questions and he politely responded so that we understood everything easily. When he finished, the fireplace looked very clean and it burned very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Ron, who is also the owner of GasPro to any and everyone if you want the job done professionally, efficiently, quickly, and at a good price.

It went very well. They sent one tech - I think he was the owner. He was on time and it didn’t take very long. He put down a cloth and there was no mess. He was also very knowledgeable. He was able to come out within a week after purchase.

After I bought the big deal the company contacted me immediately and I was able to schedule the service within a few days. The technicians called me in the morning of the appointment to let me know they were on schedule and arrived on time. They let me watch over their shoulder while they worked and explained everything they did and how the fireplace worked. (I had been having a problem with the fireplace smoking up the glass.) They cleaned everything up afterwards. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.
