I purchased this service as a big deal. The appointment was booked promptly, he showed up as promised and completed the job quickly. Couldn't ask for more.

I was kept informed as to when the service was to be done a week prior to the actual service date. I was called on the day of the service stating when arrival would be. The service was thoroughly explained and was very helpful.

Very well overall. Fixed a couple of problems while doing the checkup plus gave us some helpful hints when operating the unit.

Turns out my fireplace just needs a few tweaks and it should work much better than it does now. GasPro gave me tips on reducing the smell from the fireplace and increasing the ambiance, without needing to tear out and install anything new. It was a waste of time for him but he was professional and gracious and I appreciated that!

They showed up within the time frame they said they would. They were friendly and professional. This is a potentially dirty job but they were careful to spread drop cloths to protect our carpet. They not only thoroughly cleaned the inside but also cleaned the surrounding surfaces of the insert. It hasn?t looked this good since it was new. They also tested the electrical and verified everything was within specifications. I?m very satisfied and would recommend them.

My gas fireplace (over 15 years old) had never been professionally cleaned. Tyler took it apart and did a great job of cleaning it and explained how the lack of cleaning could etch the class. I was very please with the service and also that Tyler called and said he was available to come early if it was convenient which was great.

Very well. Needed new switch and were informed of additional (very reasonable) cost. Also requested inspection of 2nd fireplace which was done at coupon price. Very pleased.

Professional, timely and helpful advice

They said he will arrive within a long time range from 10am-1pm, but he did arrive around 10:30am. Our fireplace?s flame is getting smaller. He cleaned up the gas inlet and make the flame back to normal. The DC voltage was adjusted too. Most of the white stain on glass was removed but some did still exist. Added glowing embers and vacuumed the bottom of fireplace. Overall this is a good service.

Service from GasPro was excellent from the time I had first spoken with Gail on the phone with some questions I had, to after the service was performed. I can't recall having a better customer service experience in recent past. A tenant had called me to tell me that the gas fireplace wouldn't turn on. The gas company said that it needed a new thermocoupler. Ron came out and did the spring cleaning and cleaned the thermocoupler which made the fireplace work again. I then got a follow-up from Gail to to let me know what Ron had said about the fireplace, which also corresponded to what the tenant had told me. I feel that they were very honest and did a great job. Stellar service. I would trust them in the future for any other gas needs that I may have.

Good communication from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment and helpful reminder call. Answered all questions fully pre & post service call, cleaned up when done, and was very knowledgeable. Extremely competent and professional, Ron is the owner and will do the service call himself. You know you are getting a good job done. Ron resolved a problem we had that kept us from using the fireplace and made suggestions should it resume at a later date. Really liked this company and WILL absolutely recommend highly.

GasPro gave us a timeline between 10 and 1 that they would arrive. The service person, Tyler, arrived at 11:20. He was courteous and polite. He covered the floor in front of the fireplace, being careful to set his tools on the drop cloth. He worked continually for about an hour and a 1/4. Tyler had all the tools necessary for the job and vacuumed the area and cleaned the fireplace glass. Tyler was efficient and professional as well as knowledgeable about the job. The work was performed in a timely manner and the quality and value were excellent. I would use this company again should the need arise.

This Angie's List deal is a very economical way to have a gas fireplace serviced! Thanks. They were running late because an earlier job had some unexpected challenges, but the owner, Ron, called and let me know, which was much appreciated. The tech did a great job of checking out the gas fireplace and cleaning everything. My only suggestion of something they might improve is to provide a warning to the customer that the first couple times the fireplace is turned on and fan kicks in (after the servicing) that it might smell - probably oil from oiling the fan? Not sure. The smell has gone away now. I will use Gaspro again to periodically service our fireplace. Thanks.

I bought this deal on Angie's List. It was one of the best deals I purchased. My schedule was accommodated by a later appointment, and Ron came when scheduled. He did a great job. The fireplace never looked better and it runs perfectly now. I highly recommend Gaspro.

Went wonderful, the fireplace looks great. He did a wonderful job and it's nice to have it back up and working. Enjoy it every morning while having coffee and reading the newspaper.
