Description of Work: Cleaned gas fireplaces.

Description of Work: Cost was about $965 for installation of vented gas fireplace insert. In the beginning we played a lot of email/phone tag but once Ron came out and explained the different options it was an easy decision of what to do about our fireplace and hire Gaspro. We had an open gas fireplace that needed some repair work but after talking to Ron I decided that an insert was definitely the way to go since we wanted a fireplace we could use on a daily basis. I will probably be hiring Gaspro again for another insert in a second fireplace. It was also really nice that the folks at NW Natural appliances work with Ron all the time.

Description of Work: My gas fireplace pilot was lighting but not the other jets. He came on time (within 30 minutes of the time window promised) and dissembled the fireplace and found that a spider had built a nest in one of the gas valves. He had to call the manufacturer to be sure he knew how to dissemble the glass crystals of my model but finished within an hour and within the price quote.

Description of Work: We use them every year to tune up, clean and repair our large Quadrafire gas fireplace which heats the first floor of our house. It is always a good experience and we will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: Ron came out to do regular maintenance on our gas fireplace. He was prompt, professional & kind to my chocolate lab who wanted to help him. We've use him previously when our fireplace malfunctioned & another repairman came out 3 times to fix(& charged us for 3 trips) it and didnt fix it. Ron came out & fixed it on first try. We will be using gaspro for all our future fireplace needs.
