Francisco at extreme exterior care called and we discussed 6 inch vent install. Price went up due to home advisor $76 charge. I paid 250 for 6 inch vent install. We agreed on 8:30 job start on wednesday. He didn't show so i called him at 8:50. He said he had to go to dump first so he arrived later at 10:30. Once he got here, he and his helper quickly did the work. He needs work on planning and communication.

Very hard working crew and super conscious about cleaning up every day. They also repaired some storm damaged gutters. Price was excellent and I was totally happy with the results.

I hired Francisco to removed the moss on my roof, cut a hedge, and to level the ground in an area of my garden. Francisco and his team were great! They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed and would certainly hire him again in the future.

Francisco went above and beyond in sourcing replacement soffit material. The original, damaged by a tree falling in an ice storm, was aluminum. He found vinyl (only material currently available) that was a close match. We had an eight week delay for insurance payment and other work before he could start, and he stuck with it. Would definitely use them again.

I had a cement tile roof with heavy moss. The manager/owner was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was courteous accommodating and on time. The bid to clean the roof and treat the tiles with moss prevention chemicals included a two year warranty. It also included flexibility for minor tile repairs and inspection of flashings. His crew was thorough, careful with shrubbery and careful to clean neighboring house walls impacted by overspray during the cleaning. I was very satisfied with the results and the interactions with the crew. I would strongly recommend Extreme Exterior Care, LLC without reservation.

Francisco is very trustworthy and honest. His team helped us with a garage roof and siding repair as well as treating our home roof for moss and replacing some vents. Francisco was helpful in explaining everything to us as we are new homeowners and being cooperative and helpful when we were making decisions of what to fix now vs what can wait. We have hired Francisco and his crew twice and will definitely use them again. The quality of their work as well as their work ethic is amazing. We had the gutters cleaned (2 were on a very high garage with a steep pitched roof) as well as moss cleaning and removal on that steep roof as well as the house. We just had the gutters cleaned again for this year, but there is absolutely no moss on the roofs. Francisco's customer service (and friendliness) are outstanding. He takes pride in his work. I absolutely recommend his services. Outstanding.

I worked with Francisco, who provided excellent, friendly and communicative help with my 120 year old house and itâ s needy gutters. Helped midigate squirrel issues by installing flashing, repairing damaged areas, just above and beyond with the quality of the finished work. Highly recommend.

Working with Francisco and Extereme Exterior Care LLC was a great experience!! I request a quote through the app and immediately got a follow up call from Francisco to confirm our appointment. They came out to give us an estimate for the job on Wednesday and gave us a very fair price. They were able to come the next day to replace roof tile as well as clean the gutters. In discussing the roof repairs, I mentioned needing to find someone to trim down some branches on a small tree and Francisco offered to help. I was completely blown away by the offer and I was grateful that Francisco willing help us out. The service that Francisco and his team provided went above and beyond what I expected. We got excellent work and service for phenomenal price. I will definitely hire them again for when we need any roof work done.

Francisco and his crew were amazing to work with. The original scope of work was to wash, clean, stain, and re-seal the deck as well as repair one portion that had sunk in due to a damaged lower support. During the process of repair, they found that additional damage, communicated with great transparency on additional work, recommendations, and pricing. Overall, they got the job done in a timely manner and made the transaction extremely simple and fast for myself that was trying to sell the house.
