Description of Work: Doug called me within seconds of my request for help. We scheduled the job for the following morning, upon his arrival he spotted a small fold in one of the panels, he had the springs replaced in minutes tuned up/lubed the hardware of the motor and popped the dent out for no extra charge. I will only call Doug for future! A++ for service

+ -1 moreDoug came right over, fixed it at no charge. Seems when I bought a new rig, the rack caught the manual release on the door - was backing out when it slammed down behind me! Doug knew exactly what the problem was and shortened the pull on the release. Thanks Doug!!
