Justin and the welder completed the job in one day. They were able to work around the problems (gate was aluminum, not long enough wire in the package, and a few others). The quality of the work is outstanding with everything rock solid and functional. From the beginning they were very flexible about the job and provided a lot of helpful advice. And they came in at about 1/3 of what the competitor bid.

They took the old operating system that was faulty out. Installed the new system which is a great improvement. The new system opens the gate faster and is whisper quiet and much more dependable than what I had. I'm very happy with the installation.

I singed a contract with Cornerstone Fence for just under $30,000 to have them install my gate system. There was a projected completion date of three to four weeks. At the time of this post we are currently ten weeks into this job. It has been increasingly difficult to get anyone to show up on site or to return phone calls. I have been in business for a very long time and this IS the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. Sonny Bruenig

The old gate opener did not work. They replaced with a rebuilt commercial opener and gave me a 5 yr warranty and price break on product. Hilton came to our house and suggested that we replace with a new system box a remote that will let cars out but not in and a better gate opener. The great crew came out and spent about 5-6 hrs installing our new system. They then had my wife and myself down and instructed us to operation, setting codes and even removed cover from the unit and explained the operation. My wife even learned and set five codes. From the start with the customer service person who kept us informed to Hilton and to the installation team a big THANK YOU

Was going to send an estimate based on our phone conversation. Called a week later and no one knew what I was talking about. Received estimate a few days later and it was not for the specs discussed.

Very poor customer service and follow through after they get paid. They did the whole bid process over the phone and email and never once came to our property. This made me nervous, but they came highly recommended. When I questioned this, I was told not to worry they do most of their bids by email when the gate is preexisting and our job was ?pretty straight forward? and I could count on them to take care of their customers. NOT TRUE!! Our driveway is a causeway across a lake!! How could that possibly be straight forward? This was clearly visible in the photos I sent them. I judge service best when something does go wrong. How the does company then live up to their promises? With Cornerstone, they promised to bury the gate opening wand IN the drive where it would not be seen. When they got out here, they said they couldn?t. Something they would have KNOWN had they bothered to do an onsite inspection before bid. Now I have an UGLY LONG antennae lying on my shoreline. Their solution to make it right,? they gave us 50 bucks on a 3 grand bill and left us to fix the mess. Cornerstone does first class work. The posts are set in concrete mixed on site (not the dry sack stuff). The fence is attractive, we've received positive comments, and Cornerstone was great to work with.

It turned out very well. They came on time and did what they said they were going to do. It’s been working well ever since. We had a couple of issues and they fixed it. They actually came in just a little bit under estimate which was nice. They did a good job. They were very good.

I was very satisfied with the service. The quality of his work is very good, he is very professional, he was very clear about what he was going to do, and clear about the price. He delivered a great product, and great installation. We paid a good price for what we got.

They did an excellent job. They buried the wand and cable and put the sod back over trench. You cannot even tell that the service had been done. They were very friendly and answered all my questions.

The job went more smoothly than expected. the contractor had the parts available and was able to start and complete quickly. They were able to integrate the new electronics into the older controller box saving us time and money and producing a neater installation. I was very pleased with the overall cost which was about half of a prior estimate I'd received from another company.

I know they are busy with bigger customers this time of year (summer), but if they'd honestly told me it'd be 2 week until they can get here I'd respect them more. If I do need service on the gate, I'll consider Cornerstone again, but they may not be my first choice.

They did a great job. They started by digging and setting the posts in concrete. Then we brought the Mason in and he built the rock columns around the metal posts. Cornerstone then came back and installed the gates and the fencing and all electronics. When they finished we had a beautiful gate that was fully operational. We have already had many comments from neighbors about how beautiful it looks. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The quality is top notch. They are very professional. Their installers really know their trade and they were very good to work with.

I sent an email when I found the problem and someone was out within a day or two to check it out. They determined that the original subcontractors did a poor job of installing the gate and they replaced the gate with a brand new one at no charge. I would recommend this company in any way I could. I had gotten estimates from other companies prior to deciding on Cornerstone and they were on the high side of middle but they were also the most professional, had the best quality, and they stand by their product.

All of a sudden they were not responding, maybe because of a change of employees. I called almost 10 times and every time it was a different person on the phone. They always said that they would get right out, but it has been over a month now. I am tired of trying to reach them, and have given up.
