Made a mess --- splattered dirt onto vinyl siding. I had to clean that up. Did not do a good job at all --- very lackluster work Will never hire them again.

Office response to setting up date was very prompt. Dakota was on time and very professional. Cleaned inside and outside of gutters. Total length was 125'. My only complaint was that he only got 1/2 of a 5 gallon bucket of leaves out of the gutters. Everything else was washed down the downspouts which clogged the underground drainpipe away from the house. I had to dig up the drainpipe to clean which was full of leaves and roofing granules. I would have preferred to either blow the gutters clean, scrape them out or disconnect downspouts from the underground drainpipe.Do not just wash most everything down the downspouts. I would use again if this issue could be resolved.

great, it all looks good. My only disappointment is that I had expected that the ten bags of leaves would be taken away, once gathered up. Since it's rainy, they may be quite soggy before the yard debris truck shows up again in a week, and the service will charge me for each additional bag. It didn't occur to me to ask if hauling the leaves away was part of the deal.

Very Professional and courteous. Showed up on time to remove our window screens and brought them back when he said he would. Excellent quality screen repair. He even replaced a broken handle/lock on our screen door free of charge.

Very reliable. Called to confirm and then again when on their way. Work was exceptional. Courteous and friendly staff. Returns calls and easy to contact. That is a huge plus. Will hire again.

I had already cleaned the gutters. Was happy to have the down spouts cleaned out. Asked that he wipe the outside of the gutters and he said yes but power washed them anyway. We had just cleaned the windows and of course they are all dirty now. Was very disappointed. I dislike it when I hire someone and it causes me more work afterwards. Had to wash some of the exterior walls too. He was very nice. I had left for awhile and came back. Maybe if I had stayed I could have given him some rags to wipe the outside of the gutters with.

It was good. I wish I had thought it thru better. I chose the windows, but two of them were in the back less important than the two kitchen windows. Nothing was said about that choice until it was too late but that was my fault all in all.

OK. Windows are not quite clean. Still dots of fly dirt. They have done better work n the past.

After initial glitch in setting a date, everything went great.

Today I sent a 2nd request with suggested dates. They have not returned email responses since August. I am so disappointed that I purchased this deal. When I called them in September to see why they have not responded, I was told that their person was on vacation. I sent an email with possible dates in September but have not received a response. I just sent a 2nd request for dates. The person I talked to in September told me they are all booked up for October and November due to jobs they have for putting up Christmas lights.

The team of two cleaned all of my second story gutters (I can do the first story gutters myself). They were professional, efficient, friendly and punctual (within the appointed time window). They called in advance to let me know they were on their way. They got the job done efficiently and quickly. That alone would have been enough to warrant an "A" in all categories, but it's the after-sales service that puts them over the top. One of the down spouts that they cleared had been modified several years ago and actually emptied into an under-deck "ceiling" system. During heavy rains, this under-deck system was overflowing and inundating the supposedly dry downstairs patio. They could easily have said that it wasn't their problem and I would have agreed with them. Instead, they make TWO additional trips, the second one was by Joe (the owner), to help resolve the problem. They were both very good but they did not clean the inside and outside window sills for 3 windows, Did not notice until they were left and gone. Did a very good job on all other windows.

The contractor showed up on-time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Very, very pleased!
