Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on my home prior to the start of the fall rain. It had been years and I have a 110 year-old Victorian on a raised lot on a raised foundation with tight clearances. The technician was prompt, explained the process, took measurements, and got to work right away. It took him about three hours for a small house but he was careful and thorough.

Description of Work: They washed all of my windows, increasing the number from the 10 in the offer . They did a fair job,but I have difficult windows--lots of panes. They arrived an hour or so later than scheduled--although they didn't call timely, they had warned me that they might be late, so I wasn't surprised. My upstairs windowshad not been cleaned since installed 3 years ago. The other windows are difficult because of the small panes and they added those to the special package. The windows are a lot better than before, but not great. So, I think they did a okay job, but I would not have them do the French doors or small paned windows again.

They contacted me for a date and sent me an email reminder (great idea). the worker was very professional, showed me before and after pictures and did not try and sell me other services they have to offer. Very nice. They do other home care services and I think I will be using them again.
