Description of Work: We hired them, as a special promotion, to clean out the eaves. We have a small, 1400 square foot house (most of it is 2 stories), so it didn't set off any alarms with us that the special deal was for 100 linear feet. When the man came out to do the eaves he measured the house and said we had 150 linear feet of eaves, and the cost would be $150 (approximate feet and fees). We weren't at all pleased, but that's what the deal was. So we had the worker just do the second story eaves and we took care of the rest. While it wasn't what we thought we were buying, it was exactly what the agreement was, so now we know.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on my home prior to the start of the fall rain. It had been years and I have a 110 year-old Victorian on a raised lot on a raised foundation with tight clearances. The technician was prompt, explained the process, took measurements, and got to work right away. It took him about three hours for a small house but he was careful and thorough.

Description of Work: I purchaed the $99 for 100 feet on-line deal and it went well. They contacted me for a date and sent me an email reminder (great idea). the worker was very professional, showed me before and after pictures and did not try and sell me other services they have to offer. Very nice. They do other home care serices and I think I will be uing them again.
