Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $99 Exterior Pressure Washing for your Driveway, Patio, Sidewalks and Walkway.

Description of Work: The serviceman had to perform the job after dusk/dark had fallen due to running late because of another project. He was thoughtful and notified us of the unexpected overrun. We had no problem with the schedule change. The work did run late and we were concerned not only for the serviceman (as the weather conditions were crummy) but that maybe the work would not be done correctly due to lack of natural light. The outcome was fine. The service performed is reflected in the evaluation.

Description of Work: Pressure washed the driveway and walkway.It went very well. There was alot of moss and dark stains prior to the cleaning and all was cleaned off.

Description of Work: wed have 10 windows that had not been cleaned in over 5 years. they were on time, they stayed busy the whole time they were here. the windows looked exceptionally wonderful when they were completed. we will definitely use them again the next time whendoes need cleaning.

Description of Work: I requested that they contact me 3x, without success. Finally, several weeks later, they got back to me, saying that they were so busy, they didn't have time to respond. No time? For a 10 second email or 30 second phone call?!? Turns out, our painter also does pressure washing & he agreed to match the "Big Deal" pricing. You snooze, you lose!

Description of Work: I have a small one-story house. Access to the windows is fairly easy. A single person came to wash the windows and screens and had it completed within two hours. The windows were sparkling and the screens were cleaned and re-installed perfectly. The window washer was very careful not to track dirt/debris into the house. I would definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: They found a few gutter issues which they were not able to do, so now I will need to call another co. for a few minor issues.

Description of Work: I bought a 10-window-washing deal and chose to have all of the windows in our great room done (they would have done additional windows for $10 each). Jose and his partner were here promptly on time and did a terrific job of cleaning all of the windows, inside and out, including sills and frames, taking care with their surroundings and leaving no trace when they were through. It was WELL-WORTH the expenses to get these sparkling windows! They also offered, at an extra cost, to do pressure-washing of the driveway and walk. Instead, I asked them do our front porch, which now looks much better than it did. So I'm a happy customer!

Description of Work: cleaned gutters. I won't use again because I had to pay in advance. 3 weeks early. That's not the way the service business works. Also, asking me to give them 3 times is crazy. They couldn't meet any of those and I ended up following up to get a date. The service was great, the administration not so.
