Well. We received good advice and the work was well done.

He was very aware of things that could cost more. We showed him and told him we wanted the front tile and deck pressures washed. He sent a student who was a nice girl but not experienced. I had to go back and tell her that it wasn't good. I had to point out the mud on the tile from her boots. She was nice enough but we had to explain that she needed to downgrade her machine for the deck. She didn't do a superior job. I had to point things out to her. She didn't look at things like how can I make this look good. The other guy didn't come to help her. The owner knew what this house looked like because he came and looked around and he sent an inexperienced person. he knew she would have to bring the machine down steps. I am not happy he sent someone with out experience. I paid her extra to clean gate and a small amount of concrete around that and some of the paint was taken off. As I said, she was not experienced and he sent her alone. She wouldn't allow us to help her, we offered to help carry the machine around. Someone with more experience should have been with her. I would never use them if I wasn't here because we would have gotten a halfway job. I had to point missed things out. The owner was in a super hurry when he came to give the estimate.

The pressure washed areas are almost clean. There were a few missed places. The major complaint is the "sludge" left in the alley. My neighbor complained to the person doing the washing and they left a lot of the sludge. I had to get out there and clean it up to keep peace in my neighborhood. There was a lot of sludge to scoop up into buckets and dump. There was a lot of moss growth on my driveway and walkways. That is where the sludge came from. I may not have been in the job description to clean up the sludge.

This was a deal on Angie's List. All day projects called me within a day to set up a time. Only downside was it was over a month out. They send e-mail reminder day before, called the next morning and gave approximate time of arrive. Only one person, Cam, came but was very good. Windows look great; not a spot anywhere. I have used this company before and will use again.

Very well. They said that my frames were good enough to keep, so they re-screened my old frames for 40% of the cost of all new screens.

The work was done to perfection. We had and issue with one of our downspouts being plugged. We ended up doing a complete gutter cleaning and have not had any issues since. We are very happy with the work and will continue to use this company for other projects.

Representative came out 07/07/2017, went round house to assess number of windows, and promised to send an estimate. Despite two calls, still no estimate has been sent as of 07/13/2017, i.e. six days later.

Charles was prompt and responded to any communication quickly. Would use again and recommend to friends!

A likeable young man arrived at the appointed day and time, removed the ten screens and took them away. He returned with the screens when promised and re-installed them.

Emily did an amazing job pressure washing/cleaning the entire pool area. She spent as much time as needed to get it done and was completely professional throughout. The cement/aggregate looks amazing....would highly recommend and would use them again.

It went very well. Dakota was on time, well prepared to get right after the job. He had all the right equipment, and displayed a very high level of capability and experience. When he finished every thing he had to move was back in its place. The job was done as well as we might of hoped for, in fact he exceeded our expectations. He worked exceptionally hard all day and displayed a surprising mount of expertise.

Poorly. The tech could not remove the doors. Then after I removed them, he took them to rescreen them. When he returned them there were 2 broken trim strips. The nails were not headless ones used for finish work. Overall shoddy work. Screens were fine.

I purchased a big deal. They were non responsive even after Angie's List representatives contacted them. I asked for a refund.

Patty did a very excellent job! The driveway and porch are sparkling clean, and she even got into a tricky corner where my hose was, and obliterated some dead weeds in a crack between the slabs of the driveway. Very professional, I will definitely hire them again!

They are very nice people to deal with.
