They neither responded nor returned y calls until Angie staff got involved. Then thy called and started laying odd conditions which i interrupted and told them I don't need to hire tham.

The original plan was to do the work in what turned out to be the middle of the recent heat wave, meaning we would not be able to open our windows to cool our non-air conditioned home at night. ADP called to express concern and arranged a different schedule to do the work once the heat receded. This flexibility pleased my wife and I no end. On the appointed day, ADP called about a half hour before a technician arrived to confirm the time. He was professional, knowledgable, and worked efficiently to determine what we needed and to do his work. Because the coupon only covered replacing damaged screens, we negotiated a very fair price to the two new window screens. He told me the screens would be ready for replacement on Monday. I told him we would be out of town on that day, but that we could arrange for someone to be here when he reinstalled them. This was also agreed to during the visit. Nevertheless, ADP called me on my cell to tell me they were installing the screens, and also called the person in my home to say they were coming. When we arrived home, the screens were all properly installed, new and shiny, and we are very pleased.

We purchased a discount coupon of All Day Project on Angie’s List to have all the screens replaced for our two-story home. At the same time, we also wanted to have all the exterior windows/doors/skylight cleaned. Charles came one morning to remove all the screen windows/door and cleaned all the windows/doors/skylight on the outside. A few days later, he re-installed all the screen windows/door. He was efficient, effective, courteous, and professional. The tracks of our doors to the backyard were warped and gave him a great deal of trouble to remove and re-install the screen door. He was patient and applied all the possible tricks to get the job done. We were very pleased with the brand new screens and the most clean windows/doors/skylight done by All Day Project and will definitely recommend their service to our neighbors and friends.

The owner first came out to quote us a reasonable price and then Dakota came out to do the work. He was punctual, very careful and even did hand cleaning when the power washer was unable to get some scum removed. He tested his soap to determine what would best clean the decks and would not accept payment until he was completely finished and I had approved all the work. He then informed me that it was guaranteed so if I found anything lacking in the next couple of weeks he would come back out. I will certainly call them again. Very pleased with the company.

Both tasks were done in a neat, timely, and thorough manner, and as unobtrusively as possible. Since our screens match our painted windows and the color is hard to find, they were even able to fix one screen frame that seemed beyond repair. Will be hiring them again for a roof treatment.
