Skipped the garage door and front door altogether, didn't remove all the dirt etc. because they only used water. drug the pressure washer across deck and left black marks

We had to wait a long time to get an. appointment. The contact before was good.

The service was cancelled for a full refund via Angie's list. In spite of multiple tele calls and voicemails left behind, the company did not bother to respond over a period of 10 days..

Well, but they did not contact me initially and then the service person did not call me prior to the appointment. She said they did not have my phone number. Seems communication and customer information was not connected well. They were very nice and professional when I called and talked to them, and the service person was very professional as well. I

They did a really good job. They did everything great. I’ve already got something else going on with them. It took them less than a week to complete the job. It was just one guy. He came out and got the screens and then brought them back. He gave a realistic estimate. There was a window screen that was bent and he said he wasn’t sure if he could fix it. He just let me know ahead of time. I liked that he came forward with it and didn’t sugarcoat it.

They did what they were supposed to do and were courteous and prompt.

They missed their appointment and refuse to communicate. Paid for a deal with them, and it's clear they wanted the money with no intention to deliver. Clearly fraudulent deal and company.

They never called, never came back, never said nothing.

Once we got on the schedule, things went great - great results on cleaning our driveway and sidewalk concrete from years of dirt and moss.

Really well except the hose connection was broken so it was streaming water out the wrong place.

It went very well. They arrived within the time frame given. They worked very quietly. My windows look fantastic! They also repair screens so they took all the screens with them to fix the holes.

They picked them up quickly, worked with us to get the screens replaced that needed and returned them. I appreciated the quickness of their services and the information that was provided the the person installing them.

Fantastic Cameron did a really nice and thorough job

Since I had them do work at my house, the issue I am about to describe was corrected but it took a bit of time. The actual window cleaning was fine. What bothered me was their way of getting rid of their soapy, dirty water which was dumped onto my plants. I would have preferred that they dump their water into the drain in the street, not onto my plants. They ended up killing a plant which got overloaded by the soapy water. I requested either a replacement plant or reimbursement for the cost of my purchasing an equal sized replacement plant. After a couple of months and a couple of reminders, I got a check to cover the cost of the replacement plant that I had purchased. All's well now, and I'm sure they learned from this mistake by training their crew a little better.

The company is efficient, professional and went the extra mile. When one screen was forgotten on pickup the service person repaired the screen on the spot.

The company worker was able to remove the moss, took care of plantings, and cleaned up after her work. We are very pleased with the outcome. The house looks wonderful. (This project had to be delayed as another company cleaned the roof and I wanted to have that work done prior to pressure washing the house. All Day Projects worked with us to make this happen.)

The company has not returned phone calls or emails, although I already paid for the service.

I'd give them A's all the way down. I would use them again. I've used them twice already.
