EXCELLENT! This company actually answers their phones. They provide clear information on what to expect, quote a price, and were even able to get my install done the same day I called. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

I didn't need much compared to what they're capable of, but they treated my hand-holding for internet shopping like it was important to them. I use a mobile phone, don't have tv, and avoided obtaining home internet because of not quite understanding how it all works and hearing all the horror stories about dealing with difficult customer services...I'm glad they were able to answer all my dumb questions and explain what to look for. They set up the appointment and let me know all my options, what to ask the installer, and followed up by email. When the bill came out much higher than it should've been, they reached out to a direct contact on the service provider side. Turns out, the service provider's deal had some unlisted strings attached (must auto-pay which requires an additional $5 charge). Ace Pro helped navigate that issue and while I'm paying $5/mo more than I had thought I would, the whole process and interactions have been relatively painless because of them. Thank you!

The installation went great. Tommy and Matt were professional, answered any and all questions asked during the installation, and even finished sooner than estimated. Would definitely use them again.

Called the office, explained what I was looking for and told the receptionist I had paperwork showing what needed to be done and even how to do it. She asked me to email it to her. I emailed the paperwork and got a response that she had received it, would give it to Eric who would be the best guy to do the work, and he would call me. The only contact I ever received from Eric was a request to add me to his linkedin account. There was never any further contact from the company. Hired another company and everything went off without a hitch.
