+ -1 moreI took my laptop to Mr. Hanner's office. He diagnosed my computer problem within 5 minutes. He then proceeded to blow the dust out of my laptop and finish the service. All I needed was a new power converter, my old one had died. So, Mr. Hanner was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me that he did housecalls to where I live for future reference and gave me his card. He was very professional.
Description of Work: Diagnostic evaluation performed on my laptop, then he informed me that if was my power converter. He informed me I would need to purchase a new power converter and then he proceeded to clean the dust out of my computer, he put the covers back on my laptop and the service was then complete.

+ -1 moreIt is nice to be able to speak directly to one person, without having to deal with a bunch of middlemen. Very good deal on prices and his work was very prompt and efficient. I had my computer back the same day!
Description of Work: Virus & Spyware Removal. Thoroughly cleaned my computer, including cleaning under the keys, and blowing the dust and grime out of fans and other areas of my computer.
