"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."

He discovered that the gutters were full of leaf matter and unclogged them to allow the water to flow. It was not his problem but he took care of it at no charge. "They did a beautiful job, took two days, start to finish, to tear off two layers of old roofing that was leaking in 6 places, replace wet plywood, install new underlayment, and install the shingles, which are a light variegated gray, rather than the pinkish ones that were above our blue house. They also covered our flat garage and carport roofs with state of the art silicon membrane, which looks great and stopped the 2 worst leaks. They rented the dumpster, and did all the cleanup."
