Description of Work: They treated and stained my 3 decks. Gouges and swirl marks were left because of the sanding. The stain lasted only a few months before it started fading badly. They did come out anrestain at no cost, but the second stain was as bad as the first.

+ -1 moreRyan was personable and professional when we met with him to give us a price quote. We thought the price was fair and hired him to do the work in June of 2014. He arrived on time and appeared to do a thorough job over a couple days time to re-stain the deck and paint the post and rail fence bordering our yard. The issue is with the post and rail fence. It looked great for a while. Then as months passed, the solid stain paint on the post and rail fence began bubbling and peeling off, and it continues to bubble and peel. My husband called a few times and left messages about our concerns. After my husband's second call to them, we received a return voice message in which they instructed us to call the office in a few months to schedule a refresher re-stain on the deck, which was not reason for my husband's call. The second time my husband left a message in about March of 2015 with more detail, and we we have not yet received a response. When we paid for this work, we expected it to last years, not just months. We liked Ryan, but we certainly would not recommend his service.
Description of Work: We took advantage of a home show special to sand and re-stain our small deck and paint our post and rail fence with solid stain.
