+ -1 moreWork went well. There was some confusion about cost initially, but we sorted it out. We will see how the inspections go. No more rats seen inside or out of the crawlspace, carport areas, back yard where they were causing mayhem.
Description of Work: Inspected and sanitized crawlspace after rat infestation and repairs had been made; installed bait stations for that will be checked every two months for an additional fee.

+ -1 moreThey found part of a dead rat and a lot of feces so they had to clean that up and decontaminate the crawlspace. The smell is gone and they are coming out in a couple of weeks to check on it. The contract covers most things that come up during the year.
Description of Work: I have a service contract with them. The last time I had them come out it was to decontaminate my crawlspace.
