We have 2 businesses: Valley Vinyl, a full service upholstery and auto trim shop and Pristine Window Films, So. Oregon's only authorized 3M Window Film Dealer. We have been in continuous operation since 1980. Our focus is to provide top quality products with personal service. We do not believe in "corner-cutting", it only results in long term dissatisfaction. We are fully licensed and insured and are Oregon's only Int'l. We took the car in in Feb. of 2013 and it was a complete mess in the interior. The estimate was between $8,000 and $10,000 and thought it would take between 2 and 3 months to complete. They incouraged my husband and me to come in any time to check on progress. They were always gracious and courtious. They went with the original material except where I didn't like a color (headliner)then helped me pick out a better lighter color.
Description of Work: They did a total restoration of the interior of my 1961 Chrysler New Yorker includimng headliner and trunk. They also did more than was agreed on, they made a cover that matches carpeting to cover the spare tire and Jack. They added new insulation around the trunk. They seemed to really enjoy their work and were proud of what they did.

Professional and prompt salesman/installer came to my home within hours of my initial request, and within an hour of arriving, estimating, instructing me on the pros and cons of all the potential films, had sold and completely installed a shatterproof, UV-blocking, glare-protecting 3M film and cleaned-up after the job. VV/Pristine is the sole vendor of 3M window films in the Valley, so I not only recommend VV/Pristine for its outstanding service and professionalism, but also the product it carries.
Description of Work: Estimate and provision and installation of tinted safety film on two large, unprotected west-facing windows.
