They took my microwave and kept it for 2 weeks without any communication with me. I would text and text and would barely get a response. 2 weeks later, they finally told me that I had not had the chance to work fully on it. They told me to BS that it was going to be $250 part. It took 2 weeks to tell me this?? I requested it back, and it was still broken. Never again will I work with this company or even recommend it. I finally gave up and bought a new microwave. This was so ridiculous

Pretty nice people but very disorganized. They did not show on time, Rescheduled for later in the day but he had the wrong. So was late again as he was in the wrong town. Then had to call for the street number. While waiting for the part. The machine started working again so no repair needed

Very friendly staff. We did not need much of a repair after all, but our service rep was quick to spot the problem, and charged us a minimum for the visit. He was very friendly, as was the owner, Allen. We will certainly call on them again! Thanks guys!
