We were making a retirement move from another State and came to Medford on a couple of weekends to view homes that she had lined up appointments with the Seller for us to see. We told her exactly what we were looking for and in the price range we could afford. Stephanie was amazing at walking us through the whole process. My husband is the kind of person that doesn't trust people easily, but Stephanie gained his trust when the first place she showed us (by doing a video walk-through - she really was a full-service agent!), she not only showed things we liked but also pointed out a big factor that was going to be an issue. The point is she could have pushed for a fast sale but she didn't. Throughout the process we both felt she was very persistent getting us appointments to view places, and she continued to help navigate toward the right home for us, not just a sale. Eventually we found a place that looked great online and when we came to see it in person she said "this is you" and we couldn't have agreed more. She helped us determine a competitive bid that felt comfortable for us, which was a necessity in the current market. Stephanie answered all of our questions not only about the house but also about the area we were moving to. She also helped keep me sane when the mortgage process had some surprises (first-time home buyer here!). Stephanie is friendly and tenacious, which are great traits for a real estate agent.
