Description of Work: We had Spraymasters deal with ants at our cabin at Union Creek last year and booked with them to again provide the service which was to be May 27, 2014. The job never got done. When I called the woman (who is apparently the owner) told me they couldn't do anything about it even though she admitted it was their fault. It wasn't cost effective for her to correct the error! I find her attitude and behavior very unprofessional and just say "buyer beware."

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The man was very knowledgeable. He did what he said he was would do and the results were what he said they would be and we were very happy.
Description of Work: He did the job. Then we cleaned it all up and we had ants for 2-3 days and then they went away and ever since we've been ant free.

+ -1 moreWe found Spraymasters after calling another pest control company for a rat problem. Their worker said we also needed nearly $5,000 worth of work to correct a termite problem. Our house was being remodeled at the time, and one of the carpenters said our house was fine, and that this particular company was known for massive upsells. He recommended Spraymasters. They solved the problem for about $200. Big savings! We've used them since for rat and ant problems, and also for wasp baiting in our backyard. They're professional, knowledgeable and do a good job for a fair price. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: This last visit was for a mouse problem, but we have used Spraymasters since about 2000 for mouse, rat and ant problems indoors, and for wasp baiting in the backyard.

+ -1 moreThey have never changed the price after all of these years of service. Their basic serivce covers a lot including interior, exterior, and flower beds. I haven't seen any pests since I have started using them. They do offer to come in between treatments if there is an issue.

+ -1 moreWhen I first moved here I used another service and I was infested with spiders and ants and that’s when I went to Spraymasters and it is taken care of now. They are very thorough and prompt. They are just courteous and they let me know if there are any problems or in any areas you need. They would come back out for free in between visits.
Description of Work: We use Spraymasters Inc for pest control. I have had them for three year. They come out monthly.
