He was a miracle worker!!! He and his two assistants pulled my pump up from 150 feet and installed a new pump and control box and had my water back on all in 2.5 hours from start to finish. He did an excellent job and was reasonably priced to boot. I've had my property just outside of Ashland, Or. for 36 years and I have never been more impressed with such calm and competence as I witnessed from Justin Holt of Siskiyou Pump Service, Inc. I highly recommend him and I'll never call anyone else if I have well or pump problems in the future.

First of all, I live in an area of Southern Oregon that is famous for water problems (Sams Valley) so when water stopped flowing from my well a few days ago (approx 8/11/14), I didn't know if it was the well or the pump. I knew the pump was 14 years old and hoped for that! Since I had had previous positive experiences with Scott at Siskiyou Pump, I called him immediately. His associate, Josh, was out here that day(!) to inspect and field a bevy of questions from two very worried (lady) senior citizens! Josh was amazing. He was not only neat and clean but was exceptionally patient and respectful. After careful inspection, he determined it was most likely the well pump and the well was producing very well. Good! Since I have a holding tank, I had water delivered for house use while Josh arranged to have the pump pulled for closer inspection. This was done within a day or two but that was not the end of this story. They did not just sell me a new pump right off the bat. They actually took the pump back to their shop and ran a very thorough inspection of it to determine what went wrong with it! Now this pump was OLD but I truly appreciated the effort in attempting to repair (if possible), rather than just selling me a new pump. Alas, it was unrepairable....I was not surprised as it was 14 years old....and a new pump was installed the next day. I cannot say enough positives about this company. Siskiyou has been in the Rogue Valley for years and years and Scott, the owner, has always provided only the best service and representatives. They get the job done and done efficiently and thoughtfully. They are personable and easy to work with. The cost was more than reasonable and, would you believe, I was given both a Senior AND a Veteran's discount?? That was $90 right off the top!! Once again, I totally and sincerely recommend Siskiyou Pump for anyone in need of their services. In my opinion, the character and reliability of this company is unsurpassed and excellent! We are blessed to have them in our little community. Good job!
