Tim Simpson JR's initial response was AMAZING and right away- THAT WAS IN APRIL. It was a VERY time consuming report with Engineers, permits, etc- I gave him about a month or so because our lease is coming up and we need to know if we need to move. ITS DRASTICALLY affecting our business. Ive called, emailed, and done everything I can think of BESIDES walking up to his HOME ADDRESS and asking for the report. When I HAVE talked to him- he says he has it done, He's emailing it right away- etc. I NEVER GET IT. Now I just don't hear back. Now we renew in a month & Ive got to start this WHOLE THING all over again! WORST REPONSE EVER- Im not sure what happened to these guys but SUPPOSEDLY they USED to have a good reputation and now- I wouldnt be surprised if they go out of business- especially with this kind of response. VERY disappointing. Stay far away- Just saying-
Description of Work: We needed a LARGE URGENT job done by repairing a Collapsing Warehouse Wall -Concrete repair work.
