upholstery cleaning
 + -1 moreThey are just bad, they were not trained, and ruined my furniture. They wanted to charge me again to come out and fix the furniture. They have lawsuit against for 14,000 and they weren't even here for 6 hours.

 + -1 moreThey dried up the wall after opening it up very quickly but when hiring them I told them the whole job needed to be done in 2 weeks and they agreed but could not schedule the repair portion for 3-4 weeks. I was upset because I clearly stated all work needed to be done in 2 weeks but they did not explain that they were only doing the drying job in that time frame so I had to find someone on very short notice. The eroneous information messed up my home sale.

Description of Work: Service masters performed waterdamage/mold/upgrade remodel work from a serious leak from an appliance in our home. The Project manager was Allen, who sub contracted with several different service providers who on project completion had satisfied the project needs in all categories and in an excellent professional manner by all those involved! We were satisfied with the products used to upgrade the floor (Vynal floating HD planking) the Counter tops (Volcanic quartz) the new name brand plumbing appliances. The extra attention by the installers to tie it altogether and the over all attention to detail by Allen who was here before, during and after each phase to insure all was done to his and our expectaions and specifications. Well Done Allen and Service Masters! We will highly recommend this service to others anytime they mention to us how beautiful it looks and inquire. Jerry - n - Debbie Waite.

They tried to dry things up and there were no delays from that. The people knew how to repair things. They let me know every time they were going to show up and what time it would be, and if they were going to be late they called and let me know.
Description of Work: We had a leak during a storm and Service Master repaired the water damage.

Service Master came in with a crew of many and within seconds they were so busy our heads were spinning. No chit-chat, no looking around, it was right to work. They had us cleaned up and dried out in no time at all. Zachery Miedecke came out and met with our insurance adjuster, Robert Lane from Foremost. They were able to inspect everything, set goals and objectives and get the job done right. When people face a home disaster, the first thing that hits is a feeling of helplessness (if thats a word) but the way they approached the problem and took control made us feel full of hope and we were sure that our problems would soon be solved. Thank you Service Master & Thank You Zach & Crew!
Description of Work: After a flood in our home Service Master was dispatched by our insurance company to take care of the water damage and dry everything out. They also sub-contracted other services for heating and insulation services that were required.
