gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and began to clean the gutters. I specifically asked for one specific section of gutter to be repaired and unclogged. He claimed he needed an electric screwdriver and his had a dead battery. He said he would come back and finish. He NEVER returned and has not returned ANY calls or messages in almost two weeks!
