Rug Busters Carpet

They were very professional and provided great information about the pet stains I had. My carpets look brand new!

They came the day I called even though it was after dark and raining heavily. Cleaned and repaired the dryer vent at a reasonable cost. Excellent service.

I don't know what happened to Rug Busters and I hope its nothing catastrophic, however, I had to show our home this week and it wasn't clean. It's not possible to make excuses to possible tenants and clients.I f I had known that there were some problems that couldn't be solved in a timely manner I would have called another provider.

They responded promptly to may request and schedule me the same day even though it was a small job. They were quite knowledgeable about the carpet type and straightforward on they soiling they could get out. and what they could not remove completely. I'm still waiting for a call back from the other A listed provider.

They seemed knowledgeable and they came in and did what we asked. I would use them again. I can't remember what the price was but they came and talked to us and showed us what we needed to do and they did it. I was very happy with the service. We'll have them back pretty soon to do some more.

It was okay. I just feel like their customer service wasn't the same. We had a lot of pet stains that they didn't really work on. I just think overall, they're just average. Punctuality was really bad. They ended up coming on a different day.

Nice guys, they tried to give value by cleaning carpet at no charge but they did not ask if that was ok or why they were doing it. It is poor practice to ask if Friday is an acceptable day to return a carpet and get the answer,"Yes but we need it for the weekend". Then deliver it on Sunday without explanation. I paid nearly $700 for two chairs, a largish sectional and a 9X12 rug. Stiff by itself but I trusted the reviews on this site and expected an excellent result. Very disappointed.

This was our first Angie's list experience. We scheduled Rug Busters to clean our carpets while we were still living in Colorado preparing to move to Ashland, Oregon. When we arrived and called to confirm our first scheduled appointment for an estimate, the owner couldn't commit because the front office scheduler said the owner "lost all of his scheduling data" from his phone. Later, we were told by the owner that his service truck was in the shop. Nonetheless, after a delayed visit for an estimate, Roger (the owner) kept moving the service date further out until we had to cancel because our movers were scheduled to arrive before the service could be accomplished. We felt that Rug Busters would have served us better if they'd simply told us while we were still in Colorado that it wasn't likely they could accomplish the service by our drop dead date. That would have given us time to find another carpet cleaning company. As it turned out, we decided to rip out the soiled and pet stained carpet for a little more than twice the estimated cleaning cost.

They did a good job, it was a very dirty carpet and they got it very clean. I was totally satisfied since they were the cheapest place I called.

They did a great job. My experience with them is always good. They’re very professional and they do the work as stated. I think they’re a good company and I always use them. I really like them.

When calling to make appointment, staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered my questions in a friendly and patient manner. Called 1/2 hour before their scheduled arrival as promisd, to let us know they would be there at the set time. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and obviously took pride in his work and the company he worked for. He got to work after quickly assesing our carpet and worked efficiently with attention to detail. we ourselves moved lighter pieces of furniture out of the way and he cleaned around the remaining furniture, as we had requested. The carpet looked new again and all stains were removed. The carpet was almost dry when he left that day and 100% dry the next day. It was a 60 degree day outside. The best carpet cleaning we've ever had done! Highly recomend this company!!

They were good. They did a good job, they showed up, they were very professional, they did what I asked them to do, moved the furniture and moved it back and they did everything that was expected and the rugs looked pretty clean. They were fine. It seemed like it was expensive but I can't tell you the price.

I had to change my appointment time the day before my originally scheduled time. Rug Busters was flexible and able to change my appointment. I asked for a call when the technician was 1/2 hour out and it was no problem. I received a call as promised allowing me to pull in my driveway right behind the Rug Busters truck. A thorough explanation of my options was provided and my chosen service was carried out quickly and professionally. My carpet looks great... and with two dogs, that is a feat! I will be using them again.

They were very professional and did a good job. They arrived when they said the would (even a little early). Our price was a little less than normal because we used a coupon. I would recommend them.

What I really liked about them is that they were very professional. It is a family based business. They did what they said they were going to do. They came out, they recognized that the job was going to take sometime and they brought extra crew. They were very conscientious about my property and everything. I just really trusted them. As a matter of fact when they showed up I felt so comfortable with them that I was leaving them in my house.

When I called for an estimate they responded quickly, coming out the next day. After reviewing the estimate we decided to go ahead with the work. We scheduled a date and time and agreed to the price, we had to cancel our original appointment due to scheduling issues and called to reschedule. The owner, Roger advised me they could come out in 4 days time, I advised him our home was on the market and we would love to get the work done as soon as possible. He was able to accomodate us after adjusting their schedule and fit us in 2 days early. The technician, Joe arrived promptly at the appointed time and was very professional and did a great job. He took his time and worked very h****** a particular stain and to our amazement was able to get rid of it. We had had the carpet cleaned by another company with a dry chemical and thought the job was decent until we saw what Rug Busters did. Amazing difference and although Rug Busters were more money, it just shows you get what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone. Before calling Rug Busters for an estimate we had asked a few neighbors if they had any recommendations and they said they couldn't give us any names as they had all been unsatisfied with the results of their carpet cleanings.

I will be using them again and especially liked when they asked me to approve their work. I didn't feel pressured to hurry through the motor home and checking it out. There was one upsell that we did choose to go with and that was fabric protection on the material. Camping it especially is a good idea. I also like the 10% discount given for using them the first time.

Called, set up and appointed, they showed up on time, completed the work in a professional and timely manner.
