Think he used a much to powerful pressure washer. Front exposed aggregate steps cracked, front patio rails split and one end eroded, rear exposed aggregate patio numerous cracks, rear wood deck eroded, back patio end rail blown off, rear gate top rails broken.

Roy was very quick in responding to our request for help after several electricians couldn't be bothered with the job. His work was professional in every way.

Roy did a great job for a very reasonable fee. He ran into an unexpected problem installing the dog door due to the wall stud and was able to very nicely make a fix for it. We will definitely call him again.

Roy is a pleasant person who shows up on time. He performed the work well but we were unable to finish because the drain neck I purchased was shorter than the installed drain neck and I didn't have a replacement part. Unfortunately, he didn't either. Roy doesn't have hardly ANY spare parts. I was left with a partially finished drain and charged $75 for 1.5 hours of work. The last time I had someone do some work, I got two workers and paid nowhere near $100/hour (two workers/hour @ Roy's rates). Although the work was good and he completed as much work as he could, his rates are too high for me for the amount of work completed.

Roy was pleasant and professional from the get-go. We had to wait a few days to get an appt to replace the garbage disposal but I had heard how good (and therefore busy!) he was so I was willing to wait. He even called before the appt to tell us of a sale on garbage disposals at Costco! He arrived 5 minutes early, was clean and appropriately dressed and got to work immediately. The garbage disposal we had purchased as the replacement was quite large and exceptionally heavy but Roy managed to handle it quite nicely. He installed it in a reasonable amount of time and everything worked wonderfully. We asked him if he could replace two furnace filters that were in the topmost part of a 15' tall room and he readily agreed to do it right then! We were very pleased about this. The final charge of only $70 was, in my opinion, more than reasonable so we paid a bit more to let Roy know how much we appreciated his hard work. He left a clean work area and did both jobs exceptionally well and efficiently. I will definitely be calling him back for future repairs and fixes. I heartily recommend Roy Gilmore.

Roy is a professional handyman. He quotes out projects without hesitation, has fair pricing and always does what he says he will. He always answers the phone or gets right back with you, which is exactly what I need.

Roy arrived on time and we determined all the work to be done. He started straight to work and got everything done in a timely manner, even though it was a big job. Was well worth the money. Roy was friendly, courteous and responsive to our needs. I plan on using him again to do some painting for me.

Roy set an appt. at 8 a.m. and my doorbell rang at 8 a.m. He was very prompt. One of my pet peeves is having someone make an appointment and I wait for 15 minutes or more then they come and give me some excuse for putting me off. I, myself, have always been punctual when I make an appt. or work schedule. He did the work I asked and didn't shirk or make faces when I said I had a "rat" problem. He dug right in, did what was necessary without complaint. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. So very reasonable. I recently became a single senior citizen. A big adjustment, but Roy helped me thru this one part of learning to live alone. Thanks to Roy. will I call him again? You bet I will. Jackie Cunningham

Roy was great! He was prompt and courteous. He handled everything on the list and was efficient and professional. I really appreciated the work he did and I will be hiring him again.

Roy showed up on time and had everything needed to get the job done. He even went to the neighboring construction site to get some wood in order to save a trip to the hardware store. He was friendly and extremely capable. The work done was excellent. He was also willing to do things that I hadn't included in my original list when I called him, which I appreciated. He was done in just a few hours and the cost was less than I'd budgeted for which was a very nice surprise. He was friendly and kind and offered to help me understand how to do things myself. He also said I could call him for advice on stuff which I thought was really a nice offer. I'd recommend Roy in a heartbeat and will definitely be calling him if I have any more jobs that I can't do myself or someone asks me for a referral.

The only thing about his work was I don't feel he showed up with everything he needed. I had to supply the ladder, flashlight. Also he had me do some of the running to get him things.

We had an urgent repair need, and Roy offered to come out first thing the next morning. He worked steadily for nearly 4 hours, on a very long list of tasks. Roy is soft-spoken, hard working, knowledgeable, and affordable. He even offered to show me how to do a few things myself. He agreed to return in about a week to repair a fence. We would recommend him in a heartbeat. (I have been telling friends and family about him already!)
