Good we already unplugged but want opinion on what was causing the problem so now we have to fix it

Ron was great, he fixed both issues in a timely manner. I would use roto rooter again if needed and I will tell my friends

The plumber was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I was happy with the work. The new faucet is working fine and there has been no signs of leaking.

This is not the name of the outfit I hired. On your list it was another name. The young man that came was wearing a shirt with yet another name and this name, Roto Rooter of Southern Oregon is a third name. I asked for a business card, he didn't have one. I work was done, satisfactorly, expensive however. I wrote the man a check and rec'd a receipt via email. I'm still not sure of the name of the outfit so I'm not sure who to call again for service again.

They came out on time, very efficient, they did a good job and they clean up after themselves.

Ron and his crew did a great job. He started when he said he would and did a thorough job. Called for the pump truck to remove contamination, added a clean out where there wasn't one, and even brought gravel to fill in the area under house. The helpers were great as well. Thank you.

Jake showed up on time (after calling to confirm his arrival time) and went about fixing our leaking drain pipe and feed lines under our kitchen sink. He was personable, professional, and did the job quickly and perfectly. We'll be sure to use Moto-Rooter again should we have any other plumbing problems. Top-notch work!

Other places costs 7-800 to do the job. They were $600. I've always found them to be the most reasonable priced plumber in the area. I didn't have to be there. He came out and looked at it on Thursday or Friday. He said I have to order these parts. He said I'll get back on Monday or Tuesday. I called them on Monday saying I wouldn't be home on Tuesday. I gave him my gate code and he came and took care of it. I didn't even know he was there. I thought the price was great.

I have been using them for nineteen years. I say that they are on time. They do an professional job. They are very easy to work around, in other words if something is in the way, and they will tell you how to do it, and blow it away. If that makes sense. They have done well. I can't complain about nothing. The work took maybe twenty minutes. The work was perfect. The area was spotless. They are pleasant. They always show up on time. They always take care of me. I have been using them for so long, I don't worry about paying them, they bill me. It's convenient.

Do not use this service! They currently have an 80 year old woman using a bucket and coffee can as a bathroom for a week because they haven't showed up to finish the job. Its still not done! They went to to repair my 80 year old mother's plumbing because the toilet was plugged up. They showed up at the beginning of the week, tore it apart and said they would be back the next day leaving mom without a way to use the bathroom overnight. She had to go to the bathroom at 3 am and had went outside to do her business in a coffee can and fell over hurting herself. The plumber did not show up the next day as promised. He said he would be there the day after that, and after that. This went on till Friday with mom still not having a place to go potty. She was told a technician would be there at 3:30 Friday, Did not arrive till 5 , worked for an hour and left without finishing the job. Now our mom does not have a bathroom over the weekend, she had a bucket. **** is going to hit the fan Monday when they open. How would you like it if your 80 year old mother has to use a bucket for a night or a week. This crap company does not work 24/7 as advertised. They do not care about customer service, they cannot be trusted to finish a job. This store and story is from Medford/Phoenix Oregon.

Plumbing leak was repaired when no other plumbers were available. Work done quickly and well. Re-hired to come back to replace old recirculating pump.

It had been over ten years. I used the $20 off coupon here and Angie's List. The guy who came out was great. Personable. Very thorough. Amazing that he could be so cheerful considering the yuck facter he has to clean out. He ran the snake from outside into the house. Then from there to city's line out in the street. And then back into the house again. What a great guy.

Roto Rooter cleaned my pipe out in about 30 minutes. They were prompt, friendly and gave us a 6 months guarantee on a clean pipe for roots which I am happy for as our pipe had a large amount of roots. Side note: We had another company give up on the pipe clearing and wanted to replace the pipe. The other company's bid of pipe replacement was too much for us to afford. Roto Rooter said our pipe is serviceable and not in need of immediate replacement much to our relief. I will continue to use Roto Rooter in the future.

Found water under the house. Called them after looking for a plumber on Angie's List. Tammy answered the phone right away and was very nice. She sent Ryan over to help find and fix the problem. Ryan was great! He located the problem and started right away. Working for hours in high 90 degree weather and he was still a happy guy. That guys a keeper! We are back up and running and so glad we chose this company! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them! Small business is important because they care and these guys show it.

BEWARE- This company does NOT stand by their work or word. Technician supposedly cleaned our sewer line when it started backing up. However, a week later we noticed the problem continued. A technician returned and said the problem was cleared. However, today (approx. a month later), a friend staying in our guest house noticed feces coming up through the shower. When I called the company today, Robin the receptionist informed me their three-month guarantee was only for one subsequent visit-even though it did not resolve the initial issue of a clogged pipe. THIS IS A LOUSY and DECEPTIVE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! For your own sake-use another company.

Sewer line from toilet was backed up and waste water was coming up the bathtub drain. I tried to clear the line myself with a hand snake but was not successful so I called Roto-Rooter. I called just after lunch and I was told service guy would be at my house before 3 pm Aaron arrived around 2 pm. Outside cleanout checked. Toilet removed and line snaked until clog was cleared. Aaron was careful moving his equipment in and out of the house. $199.50 less $20 with an Angie's list coupon. Seemed a bit pricy but well done.

They're always good. I've lived in my house a very long time so I probably had them out here a total of 10 times over 30 years. Their promptness stands out. They are dependable and less expensive than a plumber.

We use them for all of our rentals. We get a discounted rate for whatever they do for use. They are fast, and they get the job done right away, and they do it at an economical rate.

It was Monday, the third day of an ice/snow storm, and Roto-rooter was the only provider who could schedule same-day service. The scheduler was courteous, and the tech who showed up was quick and provided me with not only good, quick service but some good information. He was in and out in 15 minutes, and I had been without a functioning kitchen sink and dishwasher for three days. The cause of the blockage was sludge, not frozen pipes or the weather. I really appreciate getting the problem taken care of without the three-days-out appointments the other providers were quoting me. Plus he told me that they were working afterhours because of the storm. Will definitely use them again!
