The roof looks beautiful with its new prominent ridgeline and was completed within two days. And the bid was much lower than any other roofer's in town! I can't recommend them highly enough: the communication was always prompt, the work professional, and their flexibility wonderful. They even agreed to bump me up on the calendar due to an unforeseen event and worked with me according to my needs! They are wonderful, understanding, hard-working people.

Rivas Construction was so pleasant to work with. Came out promptly for the estimate, then really worked hard for us with having to get it done fast. The roof is beautiful! Talked to them, they set up day and time, took information and phone number. Never showed up or called. Glad they didn't show up. If the work would have been as good as there word. By the way I set the appointment up with the owner.

Excellent! Delfino & crew showed up as preplanned. Were cautious with roofing issues due to light color of shingles. Finished on time to reopen inn. They really worked hard to finish within strict date parameters, despite challenge of delicate balance with heat and light colored shingles.

Rivas was quick to return calls and that was much appreciated. They finished on time and were by far the lowest price of of 4 bids. Clean up was the only issue during and after installation. Not bad, just a little careless with roof debris.

Quality of the product and installation was first rate. The crew was efficient and professional. They were up to the challenges of roofing a house from the 1870s. I am very happy with the process and the end product.

Delfino Rivas was extremely profession and patiently answered all my questions. This was the first time I ever needed to have this type of work done, so I had a lot of questions. His free estimate was very detailed and professional. Though this was a small job (950 sq ft) I was treated just as important as if it had been for a big job. The work was done in one day and the crew cleaned up every scrap. My neighbors in the mobile home park were impressed by the roof, and are considering using him as well. I highly recommend Rivas Construction.

My roof leaked soon afterwards. He is hired by a lot of people, but I asked him to come back and fix the leaks and he never did. The leaks are significant. A roof should last more than a couple of years without leaks.

Excellent work, cleanup, and professionalism

They were very professional and stopped out right after we called. They were the fourth roofer that gave us an estimate and they had the most reasonable price. ?We are also selling our home that needs the work. ?Rivas Construction was the only company that was willing to work within escrow time frames, which was very important. They came out in January after the snow, and completed the project as promised.

Mr. Rivas himself came. Found a sunken spot in our under-roof sheathing. Spot-repaired that. We will be working with him on a full re-roofing, once we've raised the money to do it. Our home's previous owner double-composite roofed over the previous roof, which is a "no-no" on a manufactured home. So not only is our leak fixed, we also learned a lot about our home from this contractor. Very down-to-earth.

Showed on time, starting with pulling the old roof. Inspecting the roof making sure all is proper before installing new roof. Took three days to finish. Very experience and professional roofers. Area was cleaned after work was finished. The roof looks great. Highly recommended.

Called this business to set up an appointment for a roofing estimate. They took my name and number and address and said that someone would call me that afternoon. 24 hours later and no call. Poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.
