Jim Acord's company did a magnificent job putting a new roof on the house in Ashland. His estimate was very reasonable, and his crew worked efficiently and neatly. The job was completed on time using high quality materials. Quality Roofing has also done repairs on our roof in Medford, responding courteously and promptly to our requests. WOW! Jim and his crew were A+++. We had estimate of work 3 years ago when Jim came out and did some minor repairs for us. In just 3 years the prices of materials increased quite a bit. Jim helped us to select colors that really compliment our house, he was punctual, crew excellent in work and daily cleanup - job took about 8 days. Neighbor complimented us on roof saying she loved it when they were so friendly to her grandson when they were working on roof top. Jim kept in excellent contact to make sure everything was going well. Crew invited us to add any yard materials to their dumpster which we gladly did. We can't say enough of what a great company Jim runs. We highly recommend them.

The final cost even came in slightly under the estimate! | |I've also used them in the past for an extensive re-roofing and minor repairs needed after work done to our chimney. They have always been polite, professional, honest and done good quality work for a fair price. A "Quality" operation all the way.

I was very impressed with Quality Roofing. I've had some bad experiences with roofing contractors before, but not Quality Roofing. They were thorough, professional, and honest in every way. Pricing, while not inexpensive, was fair. In my 30 years of home ownership in two states, I have never run across as professional and thorough a roofing contractor as Quality Roofing.
