+ -1 moreTERRIBLE!!!! The professional was responsive, punctual and did a good job although a minor issued showed up later. However, I paid him, he gave a receipt but I later received an invoice. I called them, they said it was a mistake and that I didn't have to worry about it anymore. A couple of months later I received another bill for the same service with a 31-60 days past due. I am so furious.

Description of Work: End of chain track came free from wall. Serviceman moved the attachment point and made sure it was secure. He also corrected the winding of the main lift spring and lubed the door. Door ran quietly following his work.

Description of Work: They came to our home and checked out our broken garage door and gave us a quote to fix it, and a quote for a new door. Did not push us either way. We waited a few months, and went with a new door and are very happy with it. | |They quickly removed old wooden garage door which was broken, and installed a new insulated metal door. We kept the opener we already had because it still works. The new door was installed by one man in just a few short hours. | |And their service in the office was awesome. Helped us pick out our new door and style and answered all of our questions and never made us feel anything less than welcome.
