Description of Work: First they ordered the wrong flooring, which set my project back two weeks and cost a lot of money. Then they sold me the wrong carpet (admittedly) that runs for my kids room when I explained I needed a sturdy industrial carpet for that room. After installation, I was told about it! They would say anything to sell their carpets. When I spoke to the owner about each mistake, he shrugged it off and offered no discount or help.
