MWM Custom Countertops

This company is VERY GOOD! and pleasant to deal with. Not to mention their price was much lower than Home Depot. We had existing tile backsplash that needed to be cut around before removal of the countertop. They had to make sure there would be no damage to it . When the company that Home Depot uses came out and looked at it, they said they would not take responsibility for any damage to it. MWM came out to look at it, and did not see any problem with doing the job. We went to their shop and picked out samples to take home. Once picking out the quartz we wanted, We scheduled a appointment. Two weeks later their man came out and removed our existing counter, the following day, the new counter was installed. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

We were very pleased with their services as well. We had ordered the countertops from them and discussed it with them which they had come previously and taken all the measurements and stuffs. It took a week for them to put the countertop together. They did the whole thing. They were responsive and they did the work for us with a week or so but we know for other people had it done for about a month. They did things in short order, worked in good manner, good professional job, very satisfied with their service. The guy had a few difficulties in doing it in short order but he installed it all very nice even when he ran in difficulties. He got that resolved quite easily and got it done without any quick motion. Their price was very good as it included everything like paying for the countertop basically we had mica installed and the $650 was inclusive of installing. The overall work looks great and beautiful. They came when they said they were going to be here.

Very helpful in picking out the countertop and letting us take samples home with us. The countertops looks great and we are very satisfied with them. However, a small detail was left out of the installation, a hole in the corner under the bar to chase wires down below. It was clear from the begining that we wanted this....the cabinet maker made a drawing for them....we mentioned it in the process. Its just a hole right!! Well since it wasn't cut prior to atatching the bar...it made it more difficult to do it later. I was told that it in fact was not part of our bid and I would be charged for the installer to come back and complete the job. Upon looking at the bid, it is extremely vague and mostly mentions the price and the style of laminate you picked out....nothing else. The person who bid the job, was 30 miles away, so any information you talk about in the showroom may or maynot make it that far. Make sure you get everything in writing exactly the way you want it. If a problem arises.....you may not like the response. I didn't .P.S. The installer told me it was easier than he thought and only charrged me $20......so for $20 MWM is getting a lackluster review. Customer Service!!!!
