They were timely. When they came, they stayed until the projects were done. This work included fencing, deck work, and laying new pavers. Oscar and his crew did a great job.

Oscar and his crew did an excellent job. We would use them again in a heartbeat. They went the extra mile and even replaced damaged sections of the wood sheathing underneath the roof, which we never would have seen if they cut that corner and didn't do it.

Oscar and crew were competent, on time and a friendly crew to work with. He also spent a week under our house installing a vapor barrier, wrapping exposed pipes and installed insulation , all of which was a job well done. I will hire him again.

Do not use, buyer beware, incompetent, failure to come prepare to work, inadequate tools, took too long, expensive, no value for your money and fail to finish the job.

Job was fixing a simple leak. They were unable to fix the first day, but did a patch job and charged $75, They came back 3 days later. Replaced 1 pipe which took 38 minutes and charged an additional $275. Very expensive for the easy job. I would normally do such a simple job but hurt my knee and was unable. They knew this and took advantage in my opinion. Would never hire this company again.

My job was fairly minor and I was wondering if the contractor would accept the job. I was so happy he did. He was courteous and did all he could to figure out what fix was necessary. To my astonishment, the fix turned out to be simple because of his knowledge and expertise. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The job was done quickly and well with almost no disruption to the household. Oscar was great to work with and I plan on hiring him again.

I returned a call from this handyman, and he showed up about an hour later. He assembled an office chair for me very quickly on my front porch. We both wore our face masks. We had a wonderful conversation about living in Oregon, family and other things. I felt very comfortable with him. I was impressed with his quickness following the instructions that were included. The price he charged was lower than expected. I will definitely contact him again in the future. Thank you.

It took him all afternoon to put in new garbage disposal and change an outlet. He did complete the jobs. I thought he took too long. He was too expensive for me. He came the same day which was great!

was pushy but, did some tasks that wasn't needed and tried to bill us for it but value for money was ok

I had Mt Sinai Home Maintenance, Oscar Lepe out to do work he did a lousy job. Called him about it and he came back out and totally was rude, and told me not to talk to him that way for telling him the work was bad. I had a witness to his actions. Informed him he put screws in where he shouldn't and it went through the wood to the outside, had to re paint the wood in the area he did work cause it was messed up, also split wood in several areas. Just overall upset with what was done to my home and how I was treated. Oscar came back and completed the contract. He completed the brick job and replaced the lattice and wood. Did a very good job, second time around

We hired Oscar for a small project (installing a bathroom mirror). He was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job - was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely hire him again!
