Description of Work: Poured a concrete slab outside side garage door. Did not come out correctly. |Bumpy, not even, rocks showing. Said he would come back in the summertime to redo. That was a year ago. Has made no effort to come back to correct the the slab.

 + -1 moreDon't believe the and quot;Free Estimatesand quot; that he shows on his web page. I had sent him the plans for an addition and he had scheduled a meeting on 03/31/2014. He called 24 hours before this and told me that he would charge $50.00 to come out to us and give us an estimate. I told him not to bother!!

 + 10 moreJeremy Wargnier is a professional through and through. I can't say enough good things about his work and professionalism. I highly recommend him for all your construction and handyman needs.
Description of Work: Remove and replace part of subloor that had water damage. Install new laminate in laundry room, dining room and kitchen. Tear out and replace drywall in laundry room. Some plumbing and electrical work in laundry room. Prepare and paint laundry room. Install new molding all around new flooring. Install ballet bars on wall. Tear out and replace frame for door. Install new garbage disposal. Install fence in front yard, including pouring concrete to hold posts. Replace valves in shower. Replace outside faucet. Remove and replace ceiling fan.
