The salesman, Jonah, was very professional and detailed. As a woman, he earned my respect by talking directly to me rather than just my husband. He wanted to make sure I understood all the work to be done. Thus far, I have been very pleased with the service I have received.

They are just always amazing. They are very polite and they do their job. I pay for this once a year so there is no charge when they come out and they do their thing. I just can't give them enough high points. I am happy that I found them. They do their job very well and then they explain what they have done, why they did it and what they found and everything. I am a widow so I depend on them to make sure that the heating system does whatever it is supposed to do. Everything is automatic and if something went wrong with it, I wouldn't know what to do with it, so they keep it up to snuff for me, so that is good. I pay for the contract, I pay them for two service calls a year and if I needed them in between they would probably come out for that also but so far, all I have needed is their late fall and late spring checkups. They have never charged me anything extra. They should probably be back here in June to make sure that it is switched from heating to cooling, and that everything is good. I couldn't praise them high enough.

They were outstanding. They were upfront about everything. When they said they would be here, they were here. They really took care of things where they were working. They kept the place real neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Metal Masters by a friend, and after a quick review of responses here on Angie's List, we invited them to give us a bid to replace our 20 year old HVAC system, along with two other companies. One company never returned our phone calls, one guy breezed through the house as if he was on the way to a party, never really answering questions or giving me a chance to find out any information about their services. And then came Jonah Sciapiti from Metal Masters. He measured, inspected, looked all over and went out to his truck. within ten minutes he was back with estimates for various options for our new system. We felt like we needed other options, and without the slightest pressure or ego, he just went out and redid our estimates. One was exactly in our price range and had the efficiency we could afford. We signed a contract soon thereafter, and Jonah kept us in the loop totally. His crew leader called to schedule our installation and they showed up exactly on time. They spent the first hour laying down drop cloths and taping them in place. The older system came out seamlessly and they finished on time, showed us how to use the system, vacuumed and cleaned while wearing booties to protect our floors. Our new Lennox system works so well, and the experience so positive that we can hardly believe it. Metal Masters is the very epitome of the very finest contractors you can invite into your home. Jonah and his crew were outstanding from start to finish, and we would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing Heating and air conditioning work. On time, great work and clean as a pin when they left. It doesn't get any better than this. It doesn't get any better than Metals Masters.

They did excellent work and I would recommend them to others. I didn't check with any other companies because I felt good about the quality of their products.

We have used them in the past, and they are efficient.

They have a deal where you pay one fee and they check all the systems for you at the beginning of the winter, and again at the beginning of the summer. I have been very pleased with the services, they were right on time, and did exactly what they needed to do. The work was excellent and they are very professional, and willing to work with my time schedule.

They were easy to work with and did a fine job. It went according to plan and there were no problems I'm aware of. The system worked fine after the installation. The installed our heating and AC initially and we've used them over the yearns. We've gotten estimates from them over the years and their are as good if not better than others. They have a good track record. We picked a date and they met it.

Jason Flinders at Metal Masters gave us a comprehensive, easy to understand quote as requested.. We will use this company if we decide to do a/c job!

They come two or three times a year to check our furnace and air conditioner and there is no after hour service fees if you need them to come and check something. They always call and remind us that it is time for their service and to make arrangements for them to come and check everything. So it is very easy. We don't have to call them. They are professional and they are reasonable. We would recommend them. Their services are preventive as well. I like the fact that they take care of things before they break so that even if they hear something that does not sound right they will let you know. They are really good. We will continue to use them in the future.

Installation required more than one day's work because of unexpected problem with factory equipment. Item replaced, tested and worked fine. The company sent its tech manager and service manager to perform the replacement. They then made sure both the furnace and the air conditioner were working properly. All workmen were respectful, apparently efficient, and cleaned up after themselves, and the man who did the estimate returned at the end to check on the job, including going into the crawl space to get a photo of the new furnace for me to see. He also swept.

Fine; it was fairly expensive, but overall result was satisfactory.

We have a residential/commercial building with 4 HVAC units which are 4-year old. We were looking for an semi-annual service provider. Metal Masters was very prompt and professional in providing an estimate and later in performing the maintenance. We later had a capacitor fail in one unit and they were very prompt in providing service.

They talked me into a contract. It waived the charge of them coming out on the same day. They were proficient and fast. They took care of the heater, the very same day that they came out. I’ll continue using them in the future.

It was over 100 degrees today, and my a/c simply quit working around 6 p.m. I checked Angie's List, called Metal Masters (got the answering service which was very courteous and helpful) and Chris called me back. He was on a job out in Williams and said he'd call me when he was done with that. He arrived at my house just before 9:30 p.m. Chris was personable, intelligent, efficient, knowledgeable. He finished the job quickly and gave me two payment options. I found him to be very cheerful and helpful, and the whole experience was positive. I will happily recommend Metal Masters to my friends and neighbors.

Metal Masters was fantastic. I wish all companies were like them. The estimate was easy to understand and clearly itemized, and the prices were great. The two installers showed up on time and were polite and professional. The installation took two days, and overnight, they cleaned up all their messes (they worked in the garage of the house; we are not living there yet, so leaving boxes or tools wouldn't have been an issue). After the installation, they left the garage better than they found it! I couldn't believe how spotless it was. Everything related to the company, from the estimate to the customer service to the installation itself was so far above and beyond what I'd expected. Everything is working great. We are so pleased with this service.
