+ -1 moreHe found that the vents were clogged with lint, but he did not have a brush to clean them. He then told me that I needed to get my own brush and clean out the lint myself. I called the office where a gentleman told me he would contact the technician and call me back to inform me of the situation. However, he never did return the phone call. I have tried numerous times to call them and they still will not call me back.
Description of Work: I called them out for preventive maintenance. He checked the bearings, freon, vents, and all other internal components. However, he never checked the outside motor or condenser so the job was left unfinished.
