+ -1 moreBad Experience. I went to Lowes who hired Medford Counter Tops was told they would arrive at mid morning and job completed in 4 hours. Did not happen. Poor communication within the Medford Counter Tops company. They are not qualified to have the Lowes contract. Buyers Beware. I was taken and not discounted for them dropping the ball. The only way job got completed I had to call constantly.
Description of Work: Counter tops. Customer Service was a horrible experience. Came to address, but wrong customer, did not complete job on time, was going to leave job unfinished over weekend with no sink or stove. Office mgr was not informed of Installers schedule or scheduling problems. Medford Counter Tops made no effort to call to reschedule or inform me that a 4hr job would take 2 days. Medford Counter Tops believes they should be paid top dollar for poor customer service. And leaving glue on my cabinets and wood floors. Had to ask them to clean up and balance the counter tops.

Description of Work: Had granite countertops installed for our kitchen remodel that we purchased from Home Depot. They look great! Had an issue with the sink after the initial installation and they came back and fixed it and made it right.

Description of Work: They installed acrylic kitchen counters with an integrated sink that was purchased at Lowe's. The quality of the craftsmanship of the counter was perfect, and the installation fit very precisely with no visible seam.

+ -1 moreVery easy. Went in, looked at samples and got an estimate. After going home to firm up exactly what I wanted, I went back and ordered it. They completed it in excellent time and the result is fabulous.
Description of Work: I ordered a custom-size countertop with a deluxe laminate. They did a great job and got it done one day sooner than expected. All of the employees there were very professional and easy to work with, and they even gave me a 5% senior discount!It looks beautiful in the space and fits perfectly.

+ -1 moreThe installation went very well. The job was quick. It was raining outside, so the guy had to cut some surfaces in the garage, so I had a huge dust problem in the garage. Other than that, it went well. The staff was very good. I still have one little correction that they have to make, but I'm confident that they will take care of it.
