Jeremy, the owner of Just A Note, did an excellent job. He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, an excellent worker and he did a thorough job, giving me informed options and choices. I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Jeremy patiently took the time and space to answer my multitude of questions. Jeremy's price was the lowest of 3 bids I received. On Wednesday he spent 1 + 1/2 hours explaining the options and choices and patiently answered all of my questions. He returned Thursday, the next day, and took 5 hours to thoroughly clean my carpets, windows and sanitize the bed. Over the next 3 days, the urine and/or chemical odor did not go away; so Jeremy returned on Monday after the carpet had time to thoroughly dry, including the sub-pad. We discussed the options to remove the offensive odor and we decided to gas the bedroom with chlorine dioxide to eliminate all residual odors and sanitize the room. The chlorine dioxide gas treatment would normally have cost $120. However Jeremy did it for FREE !!! because he said: "I should have done a more thorough job the first time in eliminating the deeply embedded dog urine odor." This was very generous on Jeremy's behalf. Jeremy totally guaranties his work and will give a full refund if the customer is not satisfied. The second carpet cleaning company who bid, refused to do the job, because he said that the urine was all over the carpet, and suggested I replace my old carpet, a very expensive option. My initial contact with Just A Note was in reading the other Angie List reviews, all of which were rather impressive, 14 straight A's with one B. After reading the reviews, I called Jeremy and from his friendly and knowledgeable response, it was clear to me that I would choose his services provided his bid was reasonable. His bid was lower than the 1st carpet company, and the second bidder did not want to do the job, so I chose to give Jeremy and Just A Note the job. Punctual, very courteous and professional, did an excellent job.

We are a business office and the existing carpet is very old, and dirty with many, many deep, dark stains. Jeremy came by the office to see what he had to work with. He was extremely pleasant and very professional. He gave me an estimate and we talked about the age of the carpet as well as the condition of the carpet. We scheduled for Friday afternoon so we could close the office and no one would be walking on the carpet over the weekend. Jeremy arrived right on time. I left the office with a family member in charge of locking up for the weekend. Upon arrival on Monday morning I did not expect much since the stains were so bad. Boy was I surprised! The carpet looked almost NEW! I could not believe it. How he got those old, dark ground in stains out of the carpet is beyond my imagination, but he did. It has been several weeks now and I still cannot believe how wonderful the carpet looks. It's amazing! I would highly recommend you not call anyone else. Call Jeremy at Just A Note.

Jeremy arrived at my home early Sunday morning, measured the area of carpet to be cleaned. He then assessed the area to be cleaned and explained thoroughly what he and his crew would be doing. He gave me the price for completing the task which was more than reasonable! Approximately 2 hours later he and his crew arrived. 7 hours later the task was complete. A home so clean a surgeon would not hesitate to perform surgery there! Words cannot describe how pleases I am with Just A Note. Given this, I not only highly recommend them, I feel they should be ranked as the number 1 Move Out and Carpet cleaning company in the Rogue Valley! Thank you for recommended them!

I pointed out a spot in on the bedroom carpet and he removed it. The whole area that had carpet (light tan) came clean and felt dry to the touch. He offered plastic booties for me to go in and examine his work but I could see from the door it was very well. I went in several hours later and it smelled wonderful and clean.

Came out to give us a quote. Was early to start job, and very courteous. Used a bonnet system.

Jeremy, his dad, and his son, showed up right on time and got right to work. We just bought this home and the carpets were very dirty and had a horrible dog smell...Yuck!!! They did a really AWESOME job getting the carpets cleaned and deodorized...Jeremy even took the time to do the living room twice (that was the worst part of the house) and got it much cleaner than I though was possible. The best part was that this was the cheapest quote I got for carpet cleaning in the valley...All the other companies were quoting ~$600 just for the cleaning that did not include deodorizing...Another big chain company wanted $200 just for deodorizing! I will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends :)

We were very pleased with the service and the results. Carpets are definitely deep cleaned and they dried in just a few hours even after the soil protection was applied. We were moved back in the same afternoon and are enjoying the results. :-)

He was very through and very nice. He stuck to the price. He was more than willing to help me move the heavy furniture. I will definitely have him back. I felt very comfortable around him. He was very professional and friendly.

Just a Note was recommended to us by our realtor, and we're glad she did! We needed someone to come on a Saturday morning, and the other larger company I'd contacted didn't work Saturdays. When I called to schedule, Jeremy called back within minutes. They arrived on time and got to work immediately; both he and his dad were personable and knowledgeable about carpets, and Jeremy explained quite a range of other cleaning services that he offers. I like that he uses environmentally friendly cleaning products that aren't perfumed or allergenic.

The owner and his assistant were right on time. They got to work promptly. They had a strong work ethic, and were very focused on the job. They explained things well. They were pleasant and easy to work with. They did a fine job. We are pleased with the results.

Was done in a timely manner, very courteous technician who came in and explained what he was doing then went about getting the job done. After a thorough pre-vacuum he got out a rotary extractor that did an amazing job at the high traffic areas and stains in my carpet. I appreciated how courteously he explained how i can better maintain my carpets by simply vacuuming more frequently. He explained in a scientific but easy to understand way as to how to keep my carpets cleaner in the long run and why these methods were beneficial. He was very professional and I did not feel as if he was only trying to make a quick dollar, like the previous carpet cleaners did.
