It didn't. I have had it done in the past for $15 to $19 an hour. My house is not that dirty or hard to do and the people you sent wanted $50 to $60 an hour. Way to much for what little that needed to be done. I have a lot of nice things that I got years ago when I was working. Now my wife died and my income went down 60 percent. I am trying to get by on my SS and it's not much. I think they priced the work on what they saw I had. Sorry. Floyd

We called three times and they never called back

The cleaning crew arrived earlier than expected but they worked hard and conscientiously. They made sure that we were satisfied, and we were very satisfied! They were professional and they did an excellent job of cleaning our entire house. We are very pleased and we will definitely call on them again.

Horrible man! First of all, i called one full month ago & he could only clean my house if they do it at 6am! Then he gets here late & comes in my house insulting me & telling me my house is a mess & not what he expected even though its just a regular house cleaning job. Then He says they dont have time to do everything on the list he insisted i send to him In advance. Rude & entitled & he tries to do the cleaning too but he is TERRIBLE at it. I asked him to do the outside part of the list (sweep porch & around doors) & let girls do inside & he said "pack up girls, we're leaving." And he started recording me when I was telling him how rude he is. He treats his workers horribly & pays them next to nothing but he charges $30/hr. DONT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE MAN!!!! & dont believe what he will write in Response to this. He cannot be trusted.

Jerry and his team did a great job as always. We have a vacation rental that Jerry cleans for us throughout the season. Carpet Cleaning - we were very pleased with the results. Window Cleaning - we were very pleased with the results.

They said it took 3 people 2 hours to clean an already mostly clean apartment and then mis-charged us for carpet cleaning that wasn't done (or even requested to be done). They also provided a very generic invoice that literally said "Supply of labor, materials, and equipment, for cleaning services provided." I'm sorry, but I require a little more of a description since they can't seem to charge correctly. Buyer beware and double check your invoices.

The walls were just wiped, not scrubbed. The same for the ceiling. I was told the stains on painted woodwork could not be cleaned but my son worked on it for 10 minutes and cleaned it right up.

It took multiple contacts to get scheduled, and then they had someone out and forgot to call and let us know they would be late but beyond that they were very professional and I was extremely impressed with the job they did on the windows and cleaning window tracks. Will definitely hire them again

Cleaned all windows, inside and out including second story. Cleaned screens and tracks. Looks wonderful, great job and very professional.

The cleaning crew was great, and they did a good job. However, the deal from Angie's List came with a complete list and said they would "service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items". They were here for 3 hours, they cleaned everything. Then, after calling and praising them for a good job (and fully intending on booking more often with them), I received ANOTHER invoice through email for $39. My house is 1385 square feet (deal was houses up to 1600) and it wasn't overly-dirty. The house was already picked up, and they didn't have to do things on the list like change linens, etc. For some reason they feel like $239 for 3 hours of cleaning wasn't enough. Not happy about the business practices, that's for sure. Not the cleaning crew's fault, it's management's fault. On a side note, they broke my valance on my living room window, which I have to pay to fix (didn't make a big deal out of it until receiving an additional bill for "Supply of labor, materials, and equipment, for cleaning services ") So, should I send them a bill for my wood valance? You tell me. Kinda upset right now. Don't offer a deal on Angie's List if you weren't going to fulfil the bargain. They are the best. They did a look around the premises, vacuumed all the rugs, moved things out of the way and carefully cleaned all the carpets. They explained several things to me about keeping carpets clean and was very nice and pleasant. He also did a perfect job of cleaning up after finishing.

J & J House Cleaning came in after we had moved out of a rental unit and cleaned the place from top to bottom including the windows (inside and out). The were there exactly when they said they were going to be and I will say this, they did a awesome job. The place was dirty per-say, but it was a rental that we had lived in for two years it we needed the home prepped to be turned back over to the property managers. I can not say enough about the job they did, including the cleaning of the carpet. To Jerry I say thank you and your crew for your fantastic job. Any body needing such services can certainly count on J &J........We got all of our security deposit back, thank you very much and be proud of your work. :)

We booked but then had to reschedule, and that all went fine. They cleaned the bathroom and it looked great, which was a big part of what we asked for. The kitchen, however, did not get as clean as we had hoped, and apparently some of the scrubbing did some damage to the cabinets. I know what it's like to scrub old cabinets, I had to do that at our old condo, and it is not easy. So I'm inclined to give them a pass on the cabinets, but the oven and stove were still not very clean so that's where they lose points.

Very prompt response, they were right on time, clean and polite. A very good experience.

Six or seven people showed up on time. Ladies in the house to do insides, men outside. The ladies pulled the window screens into the house to clean them over my floors, tables and carpets. Not good.........The initial offer was to do the windows (20 I believe) for $139. After the job was complete, Jerry came to me and said I owed an additional $160. When I told him that I knew there would be a small extra charge, but $160 seemed a bit high, he told me that it was explained in his Angies List ad. If so, it's not clear. I feel that I was taken advantage of in this instance.

Great service,good price, professional and went the extra mile.

It went well. Missed a few areas to dust, but other than that was extremely good.

They were great. I signed up for a monthly plan.
