Description of Work: Common problem of rodents getting into the attic space via access to garage and off-grade crawl space. Randy diagnosed the problem, explained, everything sealed all possible access, returned to set traps and then twice a week to monitor and re-set. He caught everything there was while reporting along the way. Honest, friendly, professional. You can't go wrong using Integrity Pest!

Description of Work: We called regarding possible rats in the attic. He came the next day, went through the attic and did a complete walk around the house to try to spot access points. Gave us lots of info/advice about rodent habits and behavior and left us with baited traps. Very helpful, prompt and professional. Would definitely call him again.

What a refreshing thing to have the actual service provider answer the call and respond immediately--especially when you're dealing with something as unnerving as pests. Randy was very thorough in his initial investigation, so we knew just what we were dealing with, and then let us know what he felt the priorities were going forward. He fixed the holes and secured the vents, even though our historic home presented real challenges (impenetrable concrete), and then got to work on the pests. With this kind of customer service, you'd think you'd pay more, but on the contrary, his charges were better than reasonable--plus, he's super nice! We're going with a quarterly maintenance plan and will be calling Randy for other projects, like installing a dog door or other carpentry jobs. All that to say, we have the utmost confidence in Randy and highly recommend his work.
Description of Work: Repaired holes in our semi finished basement and fixed old vents to block pests from entry. Laid bait to attract rodents away from house (and exterminate) that is completely kid and pet safe. Sprayed for ants and spiders.

Description of Work: Randy of Integrity Pest Control was very responsive, very thorough, and helped to make sure that not only our current problem was resolved but helped improve our home so that we would continue to be pest free. He set traps and bait boxes, did a review of the house, and made repairs to the home so that pests would not return in the future.

Had experienced with that issue & his price was very reasonable compared with other bids we got... Then we also hired him on a house pest control program every 3 months. He has natural non toxic sprays which was very important for our family. And he is a very nice guy too! :)
