+ 0 moreBE AWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!! We hired Dan Baines on June 23rd, 2017 to do outside work, a new deck, cement pad , a new roof and an addition for a workshop. The construction needed permits from the City of Medford. Dan continued to gives us reasons for delays in the starting of the construction. On November 29th Dan told us permits were ready and would start construction the following week. On December 2nd, we received a letter letting us know that as of December 1st he was no longer in business!! We gave him $20K down at the signing of the contract..the only work done was the new roof, however the roofer just informed us that he did not get paid..and the City of Medford has no permits on recod... We have hired an attorney to try to get our money back....
