Our Team: The Ford Team is comprised of 9 professionals who all have specialized roles on the team. There are two listings specialists (Tami Ford, Tom Szczesniak), three buyers agents (Mike Hilarie, Karla Jefferson and Wade Norman), one commercial specialist (John Ford), two licensed transaction coordinator (Celia Roy and Gina Anders), and Lead Admin Assistant Catharina Moritz. Why a team? John and Tami started working in the business in 2008-2009. By 2010, which was the lowest point of the recession, our business had grown significantly to the point where the workload was almost unbearable. At that point, it was obvious that something had to change thus the Ford Team began. We realized that together we could achieve more. We worked hard to find talented individuals who could represent the Ford Team well and we have now grown to be a top producing team in our market center. As a team, when everyone is doing their part, we are all able to enjoy time off with our families, and enjoy life. With a great team behind us, none of our clients end up working with a burnt out overworked realtor. Why choose The Ford Team? As seasoned realtors John and Tami have seen it all. We have seen the market at it’s lowest point and not only survived but thrived in the recession because we do business the right way. John Ford found a listing that was in business opportunities rather than business property, but knew it was right for us. He had shown us 3 other properties that were close, but not quite right. And he "got it". He understood what we needed, the price range, and potential that we wanted, and our need for lots of parking, which was the greatest challenge. After showing us our property, he followed us back to our office, helped us make an offer, stood by us and supported us all the way to closing. We would definitely use John again.
Description of Work: Found the right commercial property for us after several other realtors failed.
