 + -1 moreMike was AMAZING. He came and was honest about what he could do to make our carpets look better. He discussed the stains before he started so there were no surprises. We have 3 dogs, cat, and 3 kids who are all very **** ** carpets. There were stains that he stated upfront that wouldn't come out. He was thorough and our carpets look better than ever. Best money I've ever spent on carpet cleaning. Very prompt and professional.

 + -1 moreThe work was done by one man. We did not ask for furniture to be moved, but he raised the furniture on plastic blocks anyway, to prevent discoloration of damp carpets. He also moved the area rugs into a good location for drying. At the start, the carpets were pretty dirty in heavily trafficked areas. After cleaning, everything looked great. He left the rest of the house dry and tidy.

Description of Work: I used the Angie's List coupon for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning for $150. However, I have 2 flights of steps, which count for two rooms, and a great room, which counts as two rooms as well. So I had to pay additional to get 2 bedrooms done. This seemed fair, since it was more than what the coupon would allow.

 + -1 more5 Star Carpet cleaned several area rugs during the summer. Pick up and delivery were always prompt and curteous. They will return to clean the wall-to-wall as soon as the contractors are finished with remodels to the house and garden.
Description of Work: Responded immediately to a flooded walk in closet caused by a broken pipe in the wall (the extreme climate change). Replaced the padding, vacuumed the water from the carpet, dried the carpet using rented fans over the course of several days, refitted the carpet to the floor when dried.
