They are excellent. They are extremely customer friendly and very helpful. They have tons of marble slabs to choose from. They have very good prices compared to other place in town, and have very good quality slabs. They people that work there are very customer friendly and helpful.

We picked our slab in early March. They tag and hold it for Milan to come pick it up. Easy process. No payment made to EleMar. We only paid the fabricator.

Excellent and professional personnel. They walked me through the inventory and gave me pricing guidelines within my price range and told me downside of some of the pieces I chose. I am so happy with the piece I chose and have had many compliments on the granite. Other places I went I couldn't get waited on!

If I were able to grade this company with an A++ rating, I would do it. Lori and Steve Appleton are amazing with regards to personal and professional service. We chose our slabs early in our project due to the fact it was an uncommon color and relatively hard to find. The Tualatin store transferred the slabs we chose to the Medford Elemar location,and several months later we were contacted by the Medford store. Our project had been postponed due to structural problems identified a few months after we chose our slabs. The fabricator did not want to store the slabs at his location or assume responsibility for the slabs if they were damaged while on his premises. Elemar Medford agreed to store our slabs and keep them safe while we complete the structural repairs. They also agreed to consign the slabs if our project changed for whatever reason. We felt very comfortable paying for the slabs and are SO APPRECIATIVE of their willingness to go above and beyond in the realm of customer service. They also take an enormous amount of time to educate the buyer about the different characteristics of natural stone. They are incredibly patient to show the customer the numerous slabs with different finishes (gloss, honed, leather). Really, I used to shop for our stone products at a local competitor but Elemar has earned my exclusive business from here on out!

This was a very positive experience. We knew ahead of time how many slabs we needed.
