They did a fabulous job, especially going under the stone fireplace and other tricky areas. Lovely guys with nice personalities, extremely professional and tidy and punctual. I would hire them in a heartbeat.

Went very smoothly. The installer (Aaron) was very professional, explained what he was doing and why. I saved 5% on total cost by using an Angie's List coupon, and saved by moving furniture and pulling out old carpet myself, though halfway through that job I was thinking perhaps it was worth the cost for them to do as it was quite a bit of work.

Bob came out to do the estimate. He carried no samples so he only measured and I went to their store the next day to select carpet for a family member who owns the house. Bob promised me he would email the final numbers on Monday morning. Almost a week passed with no email, so I left a message on his cell and spelled out my address in case that was the problem. I was polite and professional in every way. Still no response. Then my relative called and no response to him either. Bob just dropped the ball, even with two reminders. If the communication is poor now, it certainly won't improve once money has been paid. I'm sorrry to say I cannot recommend their services.

The owner promised to finalize the price by Monday, and never gave me a price nor returned my 3 subsequent calls and two emails. His office staff seemed at a loss to explain his non-responsiveness. I've rarely seen such a profound lack of professionalism from an established company with a showroom.

A slight delivery delay, but it was not their fault. The associate called to tell me the reason. It was unavoidable and understandable. Still I got great premium carpet at the lowest price in the Rogue Valley. We are pleased and will do business with again.

This company was recommended by a friend. We shopped for tile at the store, which was a positive experience. When we decided on tile, we scheduled an estimate for purchase and installation. The gentleman who came to measure was punctual and friendly. However, he or a colleague never called us with the estimate. We'll start over again with another firm, but are disappointed in the total lack of professionalism and in the waste of our time.

Job took 2 days... Brock Smith (carpet installer for Completely Floored) and his workers did a great job. Great attention to detail; very thorough. He is open to suggestions & works hard to please the customer. We will definitely choose Completely Floored & Brock Smith for any future work, etc. All in all, we are very pleased with the folks at Completely Floored. Bob Wood went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our flooring/ carpet choices.

Ross and company were truly a delight to work with from beginning to end. Ross provided advice and technical consultation to select the best flooring for our needs and budget. Installation with every detail taken care of followed. The results were better than we had hoped. Everyone now comments on how beautiful are the floors.

My experience went well. The staff was professional and friednly while visiting. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

I worked mostly with owner Ross Rier at the Medford store where he walked both me and my friend through the options available in materials, insulation, padding, etc. This was particularly important for my friend who had a stroke in January. Ross was very knowledgeable about the needs of people who use wheel chairs and walkers, which was a big help. My friend was very pleased with how her carpet and laminate turned out at her new digs. My place was more of a challenge, since appliances had to be disconnected and moved before they could tackle the actual installation. That was a challenge -- there are a LOT of varied angles in my house, requiring lots of different cuts. The installers thought it would only take them two days, but Ross's estimate of three was closer to the mark. The men were very thorough, clean, and polite during the whole process. My only complaint is that they would say they were coming at 9:00 and not show up until 9:30 or 9:45. I realized pretty quickly that it was something of a pattern and adjusted my expectations accordingly. I had arranged for a plumber to come after the work was done to reconnect the gas line, etc. The crew said they'd already done it and I was good to go, but I decided to have the plumber come anyway to check on things after what happened with my sink connection after I got my countertop installed. (That's another review.) I was glad I did -- the lines were connected, but the gas had not been turned on for the stove. My cork floors look fabulous and I'm happy with the job that Completely Floored did. .

They did a fabulous job and were very nice. They also added molding to the floor and it looked really nice.

They were absolutely excellent. They were perhaps the best company we've ever dealt with and I got them because I went to Angie's List. From the selection, we went into the store room, the owner Ross, we happened to work with him, listened and helped us with choices and we brought samples home and we took them back and brought more samples home and then he set it all up and the installers, Bill and Chris were really marvelous, they were extremely punctual, neat, and very helpful. We arranged it how they did it so that we could only had to kennel our dog days possible. They did most of our house. It was amazing. It was just marvelous and beautiful. The company was magnificent. We are more than impressed. We are absolutely delighted and I would recommend them to anybody. It wasn't a hard sell. I love that. My husband hates shopping but we had a good experience. For once, they really helped us pick out things that really went together because in the past we haven't been so good with that. Ross came to the house and gave us a lot of suggestions and the staff was good like when you call, they really answered your questions and they responded promptly and they were the only service people that we've ever had that arrived exactly when they said they would. It was a fantastic experience. They had to take up tile inorder to put new down so there was noise and dust but they really managed it well. We'll go back to them. We want to do hardwood in the music room downstairs.

I bought an old farm house dated somewhere in the forties in 2008 and completely gutted it and Completely Floored did all the lamanated flooring and carpet and the granite tiles in the kitchen...After the remodel I then had a guest house built and also used completely floored for carpet, and tile flooring...then in 2009 I had a third house built and again used Completely Floored for all flooring...after living in my house I expanded the kitchen in 2012 and again used Completely Floored for a new kitchen floor and they were so helpful in matching the granite to the exsiting tiles I already had. We have been pictured in our local newspaper for our houses... I would use them again and again...

Bob and Ross are the best! they are true professionals, great guys, excellent service and products with a great selection of goods. I feel like they not only did a great job but that I made new friends in the process. I will never let anyone touch my floors other than Completely Floored. I cannot praise them enough, highly recommend this company.

The folks at Completely Floored were easy to work with, knew their products and were able to assist us in making choices on products. I recently remodeled an 1940's farm house plus built two other homes on my property and Completely Floored did all three homes. I would recommend them to anyone. The owners Ross and Bob actually work at their own store and the customer service was TOP NOTCH

As stated above, the flooring we had installed was completely destroyed in very short order. When moving some equipment to have the floor installed, a water line fitting started leaking very slowly, which seeped EASILY under the vinyl tiles. Though the leak is definitely not the fault of the installer, the fact that a tiny leak destroyed the entire floor in such short order is pretty crazy. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the strip of black plastic they glued to the wall as a base board above the floor is not at ALL a water barrier. On top of that, there were tons of gaps in the flooring material under the sink (and surrounding a floor sink....) that weren't water tight in the slightest. When researching the tile product online (Konecto), we found that the adhesive used to fit the tiles together is water soluble and needs to stay under 80 degrees, yet it was explained very clearly the amount of water that was commonly spilled on the floor, not to mention the fact that the flooring was installed under a dish washer that reaches almost 200 degrees every cycle. We've had MAJOR flooding in the past from this dishwasher and never had an issue with water getting under the floor, until now. What we've learned is that even if you let an ice cube drop on the floor, you need to dry it up immediately. Not good for us in the slightest! There were so many signs as to why this was the wrong product for the space from the get go, but the owner, Bob, stands by the product. So much so, he brought out a rep from Konecto to inspect the damage and see if they would refund the product cost. Not only was that an obvious NO, but it was also obvious Bob was trying to save face with us. The installer washed his hands of it saying that they just do whatever job they are tasked with, regardless of the fact that he said he would never have used such a product for this application. Both the installer and the Bob are telling us to just make an insurance claim and that they'd be "happy to do the next installation." The fact of the matter is, the product used was not the right product for this specific job. Bad call on Bob's part (and yes, mistakes happen), but he stands by his decision and the product and blames the damage on us and the water leak, since "No floor could hold back a water leak of a similar nature". Therefore, it's apparently on US to replace the damaged floor on our dime, despite having an improper product and a botched install. On a side note, I specifically asked Bob if this floor would get slippery when wet and was assured that it wouldn't because of the texture of the surface. Apparently Bob has NEVER tested that theory. It's far more slick than any other surface we have in the building, in the area that has the most spills. There's no chance I would recommend this company considering Bob doesn't actually know his own product or truly stand by his CUSTOMERS. I do not easily write such scathing reviews of any other small business, but Bob's lack of accountability and willingness to stand by us as his customers is going to cost us money we don't have. Despite all of this, Bob offered to redo the floor for us (no thanks!) and he said he'd even do it without making ANY profit! Wow! He said he'd do it for no profit, but wouldn't take a loss on it either. Not the kind of customer service I was expecting...

We had to replace some engineered flooring after water damage (while we were out of town) and I shopped at many flooring stores in the Medford area. I was looking for a floating wood floor. Completely Floored was helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and their prices were much better than the other places I shopped. The showroom is clean and includes a lot of different options/samples to select from. I highly recommend this company for any kind of flooring - carpet, vinyl, hardwood, engineered, laminated, tile - they have it all.
