Description of Work: Highly recommend. Very professional. Painted exterior of home. Project was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! Something was left out of contract that was verbally discussed and they HONORED their word without raising price on contract. That speaks volumes!

+ 3 moreThey were great and terrific. They did excellent work. It was their integrity, the fact that they are perfectionist, and they just take and do whatever they need to do to get the job done well. Their pricing is average for this area.
Description of Work: I have used CNL Maintenance. They painted kitchen cabinets and did a lot of repair work. We had a leak on our roof, and needed some interior wall and ceiling repair.

Description of Work: He did some drywall work and will be putting up a privacy fence for me when the waether gets better.
