They did exactly what I asked, and the fence looks great despite issues with the way the last fence was built and they made it work. I’m very happy

They installed a short retaining wall around the front of my yard. They also added top soil to level the yard. The wall looks great. They were easy to work with and very professional. I would hire them again.

I had a ratty looking drop off down to my neighbor s driveway that was slowly eroding. I now have a fortress that will last longer than I will. It s straight, level, beautiful and perfectly engineered. My neighbor is also pleased, as he is the one who has to look at it. I m having them come back to install fencing, because these guys know what they re doing.

Every step of the way was done professionally. You could tell the workers knew how to do their job. Any problem that came up was quickly and cleverly solved. I enjoyed having them work with/for me

There are always foibles on any job site but Luis always took care of us and fixed any issues! His lead Master Carpenter, Daniel is a precision dream come true! His apprentice, Gerardo, was a great customer liaison & though young, should have a bright future! YOU WANT THESE GUYS FOR YOUR JOB SITE, BIG OR SMALL!!! We believe we have the best Redwood Covered Deck in Medford & please Remember to tip them👌

Helpful, creative and fast but did a quality job.

Luis and his crew are considerate and will work hard to meet and in our case exceed expectations. The plan was for 4 retaining walls. We added another wall, steps with landings and pavers. We are considering additional work in 2020. Yes Clean Cut Construction will be my First choice.

They did what they verbally contracted for and then some. No signed contract just a hand shake. Very hard working.guys. Lot of money and a little scary to cough up 45 0/0 deposit but it sure paid off. Kept there date to work and cleaned up when done

I had a good feeling when Louis came out to look at the project. He was great at explaining what it would take to accomplish what I wanted done. They were on time and finished in a timely manner. The work was above my expectations. Well done guys. Thank you.

Very honest. Word is very good. Subs were excellent.

I would not recommend this business. The owner was very nice, and they worked very hard but they told me that they could clean my patio and it looks like nothing was done. He did the whole patio and I'm not concerned about the whole patio, but there is a small portion that does not look like he did anything at all. I am upset about the quality of their work and how much cost me to have nothing done. I wish that he would've told me if he wouldn't be able to clean it all instead of promising something they couldn't do.

CLEAR CUT CONSTRUCTION built my retaining wall in 3 days, put in a needed drain system was courteous, professional,and knowledgeable. I'm happy with the job I feel I got value for my money.

On time, friendly, and fast

Clean Cut is all about making money. It is more important for Clean Cut Construction to make a large profit margin. The worst thing is they do not use contracts per state law and do not provide any details (costs) to their bids. The bids are lump sum. You have no idea of what is included and what is not. I would not recommend Clean Cut Construction.

Quality of their work is outstanding. Hire this company and you WILL be happy you did. Great communication. A+!!!! We love our new redwood deck! Very sturdy and beautiful.

Very informative about their process. Quick response to all contacts. Prompt, efficient, nice job ckeaning up afterwards. They dethatched, aerated and over seeded the lawn. Will contact Luis again for services next spring. Now to keep those little grass seeds alive!
