Matt, Josh, and James from Brotherhood Painting exceeded our expectations! From our first encounter with Matt when he came to give us a bid (we had a detailed bid within an hour of his arrival) to the end of the job when I walked around and made sure everything was to my satisfaction, the guys were professional, thorough, had high attention to detail, and were easy and pleasant to work with. Keri (Admin. Assistant) was also very helpful with choosing colors and went out of her way to follow up with me about scheduling the various prep work. Everything I was told about prep (color samples on the house, pressure washing) and then the actual house painting happened exactly as I was told which made them very trustworthy! Clay estimated 4-7 working days. We were facing weather, and the crew hustled and were done in 3 days. Prep work was excellent. They power washed, sanded where needed, and primed and painted. They used drop cloths, covered up our deck plants to protect, and when they were done, there was no mess left at all. After the rain blew over, Jason (crew lead) came back and saw that the rain had marred the metal gutter, so he and the crew came back and resanded the gutter and repainted it. Our house looks brand new, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. We would call Brotherhood Painting the "Best of the Best" in the Rogue Valley! Thanks guys!

They were professional and completed the job as had been scheduled several weeks beforehand. Clay kept us informed at every step. They also were good at keeping our tenants informed as to what was happening and when. Our building and handrails now look great.

Brotherhood Painting did an amazing job! Clay was super thorough setting up the job with us, making a very detailed list of the exact costs and what we could add on or take off when it came to various areas of the house. His crew was extremely professional, skilled and friendly, moving everything away from the paint site and re-situating it when the job was done. They re-installed the lights after taking them off, etc. And the actual paint job was beautiful.

Superb. I can't say enough about how professionally I was treated and how beautiful my house now looks. Clay was great helping me zero in on the colors I wanted and I've received nothing but compliments from my neighbors. They were also extraordinarily conscientious about not smashing or painting my many plants and flowers, and about cleaning up after themselves every day.

The guys completely prepped the exterior of our building and painted everything including balconies and stair railing while respecting the privacy of our tenants. They were professionals in every way even calling daily with updates. Their work is perfection.

Brotherhood Painting did such a wonderful job. I am not sure any of us knew how this was going to turn out. We all had our hopes and Clay assured us they would do what they could within reason to fix what could be fixed. To our surprise it is a new house again!! Nobody can work magic, but these guys came darn close! The work was completed timely, on budget, the men were friendly and worked very hard!!

Brotherhood Painting recently finished painting our stucco home, and I have to say they did an excellent job. Clay had great patience with me in choosing the exactly right colors. He's quite good as a color consultant. They used an elastomeric paint on the stucco, that did a great job of hiding a few hairline cracks, and is recommended for stucco, masonry, etc. The crew was great, cleaned up daily, and followed up with any concerns we had, which were few.

Brotherhood Painting painted the entire exterior of our house in only two days! We have a single story stucco house. They pressure washed the house, courtyard wall and retaining wall a few days prior. They kept in constant contact as to the exact start date of the actual painting. The crew showed up on time on the appointed day. They were great! Friendly, very professional, did not waste time. They completed two sides of the house including taping, spraying and backrolling the first day! The second day (once again showing up exactly on time) they completed the remaining two sides plus our courtyard wall and retaining wall! First thing on the morning of the third day the supervisor was on site to inspect along with me and create a punchlist (which was very short!). The minor things on the list were completed immediately by the supervisor. Sometimes one would equate speed with a poor job. Not in this case. The Brotherhood Painting crew was large enough and worked very hard. They knew what they were doing and did not waste time. I was in the apartment remodeling business in another state for 35 years and know a little about painting. I am also very detailed. I would hire Brotherhood Painting again!

A little background: late last year our organization ? Addictions Recovery Center ? closed on a prime location in Medford, Oregon with tens of thousands of square feet of real estate to grow our non-profit. The catch? The buildings were built in the 1950?s and in much need of some love. Not to over sell it ? but the team at Brotherhood was more than up to the task, meeting each challenge head on. The scope of the work being what it was (not only massive in size but wrought with decades of issues, to say nothing of our tentative timetable), my anticipation was a job loaded with surprises and stress ? and blown-out budgets. Not only did the Brotherhood team meet each undertaking with expert skill and professionalism, but their estimate was so thorough that even the costs were spot-on. In reality, all of that is ancillary to the most important matter ? the quality of the work ? and let me tell you: these guys are the real deal. Immaculate, deliberate, and accommodating. And as our agency grows to meet the demands of the 21st Century, we now have a facility that looks every bit the part ? thanks largely to the efforts of Brotherhood Painting. The whole project went extremely well even when things were delayed a couple of days due to rain. Work started at 7:00 a.m. each day and ended after 5 p.m. The workers were good about cleaning up every day. All of the workers were very congenial and professional. The end result is a great paint job and we've gotten many favorable comments from the neighbors. I'd hire this company again when I needed to have painting done.

My husband and I are trying to manage 2 different homes in 2 different states, making coordination around services and travel a high and sometimes stressful priority for us. We had scheduled new furniture to be delivered mid-January and knew that we couldn't get to all the room painting ourselves before it arrived. I contacted Clay in mid-November and he came out to see what was needed and to give us a bid. By the time I coordinated schedules with my husband, Clay and his crew had picked up a gravy job just minutes from their location (they are in Medford, we are in Grants Pass) and had to turn our project down. After interviewing other painters, I came back to Clay pleading to be fit into his calendar. A few days later he got back to me with the good news that he was able to bounce his schedules around and accomodate ours as well. We were thrilled! He came out again in mid-December for a paint consultation at no extra cost to us, which was a huge bonus in the process and extremely helpful in my final choice of colors. His crew was on the job bright and early on the scheduled day, showed respect for our property, and were extremely efficient, checking with me when they feel they needed to as well as respecting my time as I from our home. The job took a little longer than expected and they were back the following morning to finish up. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this team again when we are in a position to finish the interior painting. They were courteous respectful, professional, and efficient. Brotherhood Painting did a fantastic job of painting our house which needed extra prep work. They helped us repair parts of trim that were rotten, sealed all the drip edges of the lap siding, caulked and sanded every spot that needed it and then did two coats of acrylic paint. The team showed up early and got right to work each day, cleaning up well after the day's work was done. The painters were very skilled with years of experience and very proud of their workmanship. You could tell they really cared about what they were doing. When we got closer to the end of the job, they asked us to go around and spot anything we felt still needed attention and even after the job was completed we asked for just one more coat of the body paint on a small area and they quickly did that for us. They really put the effort into this house and it shows. They are highly recommended!
